I was here the other week with family. We stopped for food while on a road trip. The food was fine (nothing to write home about), however, we left with a bad taste in our mouth... not from the food, but rather the seemingly terrible management there. (Based on previous reviews, we later learned it was the older male owner who was the issue).
We watched as he basically ran outside, berating and yelling at people for parking in his lot. Those people could have been potential customers! It makes me wonder how he would have acted had we hesitated before entering. The attitude he had was very unsettling and made me lose my appetite. I understand not wanting people to park there - sure. But the behaviour he inhibited was strange, uncalled-for and seemingly out-of-nowhere. We watched this happen 3 times in the span of an hour or so!! At that point, we were flabberghasted and had to leave.
Overall, shameful way to conduct yourself (and your business!) Not to mention, to be acting like that in front of children is just not acceptable. Would not return to this establishment if given the chance.

We were here for the weekend stopped for lunch. No one in the place man who appeared to be in charge was both rude to one member of our party and to customer who was trying to buy lottery tickets. Food was like warm and no one was physically ill but two members of our party said they definitely didn’t feel good after. We been riding all weekend so I don’t want to put that on the restaurant but the rude service to our large group and other customers is enough for me to recommend keep riding or driving many great spots to deal with the headaches of people who clearly don’t value their customers

Hubby had a cheese burger with fries and I dined on a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato slices added to it. Both were delicious, and made even better by Joe, who served our table. So very gentlemanly, so attentive, so super friendly. He adds such a great touch to the experience of dining there. It felt like having lunch with family. Treat yourself to a stop there, soon! soon! soon!

Family friendly, kind owners, great food (chicken fingers are out of this world), no nonsense and such a great laid back atmosphere! We loved our visits to Pine Valley and hope we can be back before they sell one day. Your firmness in the very simple things you ask, your kindness and enthusiasm creates a place that feels safe, calm and that combination is a rarity. I appreciate how clean and well kept the whole property is, from the porch all the way to the bathrooms. You’ve been so kind to us and our daughter! Please take care and we’ll see you again :)
