Had a great experience dining here. Got off a 9 hour shift next door at Mr. Sub. Wanted something spicy, came here to get the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Delicious, fresh, worth it. Workers here greet with a smile, are friendly, work fast. Dealt with a man in glasses, extremely kind. Definitely returning after long shifts.

We buy A&W all the time but find that the drive thru is slow. Burgers always good.

Washroom was dirty to the point the souls of your shoes were soiled, and not with water. I quietly relayed the information to an employee who checked it yet did not clean it in the fifty minutes I was there. Maybe use the washrooms across the street in the Gateway plaza before stopping in. Tables were sticky and not cleaned.

I recently visited AW and was thoroughly impressed. The chicken sandwich was crispy and packed with flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had. The service was fast and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also loved how fresh the salad was—crisp and light, a perfect complement to the sandwich. A unique touch was the frozen mugs for soft drinks, which kept my drink ice-cold the entire time. Overall, the taste, quality, and thoughtful details make AW stand out. We'll definitely be back!
