I ordered a Regular Banana away smoothie, it was fine. The service at this location from a young lassie with brown eyes is what I choose to review. I cannot begin to find the words to describe that little lady's work ethic and commitment to her position at Booster Juice. Give her a raise, or I will not be coming back again.

Prompt, precise, efficient, kind, friendly, Asked if I had allergies, Took my order while making the next person's order...I could go on. I was in and out in 5 minutes. We had a great experience at this location. Came to enjoy one of their smoothies, my partner wanted to try the New Watermelon Smoothies, I always get the same Tropical tornado made with coconut water. Our server was friendly, helpful and really nice. She made us some great smoothies we thoroughly enjoyed. I also enjoyed a monster booster ball, so delicious!! Will definitely return again soon!

we arrived at booster juice at 6:30 on may 20th the doors were locked and the sign was turned off we called the location and the first thing the female employee said was “what” we then said open the doors and she said “ok” this is

The manager at the grimsby store is always miserable and also makes terrible smoothies, every other worker is nice and makes great tasting smoothies, the manager is the ONLY issue at this store.

I have been to this location multiple times and have always enjoyed my smoothies or fresh juice. How ever today February 14th at 2:30pm I went in with my girlfriend to get a couple of their heavenly horizon fresh juices and right away was met with a rude staff member(pretty sure it was the manager) after making my order I watched her cut up a hand full of apples and put every single one in the juicer with the stickers still on not to mention I never saw her wash them, that was about it for the juice maybe a slight taste of ginger but none of the other ingredients were added (lemon and pineapple) it wasn’t until I got home to drink it that I noticed I had just over paid for the equivalent of an apple juice box. Other wise I would have asked for a refund. If your the manger who made that juice and you are reading this, fire yourself.
Wonderful to have a refreshing healthy smoothie option in the area. Fast and friendly service. Clean and well managed store. Owner is great and place is also well maintained.

Went on Sunday September 15, 2024. Horrible. I waited in line while I listened to the two girls working tell other customers how awful their boss is. Conflict about time off, how ridiculous he is. It was tacky and the service was terrible.

What a terrible business! I was planning on buyin 3 drinks, and was going to leave a large tip. The cashier wouldn't accept my $50 bill!! Pathetic excuse of a business. I have heard of locations not accepting $100 bills, but never $50's. What a great way to lose a long time customer. 0 stars!
