Well it was my fault for ordering from here to begin with but I had just worked 12hrs and didn't feel like cooking. I did order through skip as well. I ordered 2 pastas and an appetizer, took the food almost an hour which is fine I'm in beamsville and it's coming from grimsby so I get it. So the good finally gets here and there's some sort of Thai chicken bites and a bandera bread. Not at all what I ordered so I call the store guy on the phone says "ya I gave the driver the wrong bag, you can come pick it up if you want it's right here" ummm wtf I just paid $20 for delivery and tip that's your only solution? No apology no offer of a gift card for my next visit, just to call skip and get a refund and or come pick it up. I understand it's out of there hands when it comes through skip, but like you gave the driver the wrong order it's on you not skip. YOU MAKE IT RIGHT! absolutely horrible customer service

Love our server Natasha W! Most amazing experience when we go to the grimsby Boston pizza as she remembers our usual order which is so sweet. That’s why we come here. They do have amazing twisted rockets and a good selection of beer! My fav place to go out to eat !

Haven't been since small children, this time we went to the bar side and had dinner. Ordered the Maple BBQ Burger, side nachos with Hot BBQ Chicken, and wife got the truffle mushroom pizza. It was all good. Food is not high quality (compared to 5 star restaurants) it was made well and met expectations. The service was excellent, friendly, listened to our needs, and kept an eye on us. The washroom was clean but the soap was industrial. Why do these places use industrial soap? Lots of football on screens, kept things interesting... Although I don't follow it there were lots of people watching so when Rome...
Will go again for a nice meal after a long day.

cant get a beer at the bar. last friday buddy and i went to the bar and asked for 2 beers. i was told by the 60 year old female bartender " you will not get a beer quicker at the bar. sit down and wait, we will get to you. bar was dead as usual on a friday but she had enough time to talk to her coworkers. bartender was absolutely rude to us. thought we would save her traveling time by going to the bar. better bars in the area are kelseys and turtle jacks.

First time stopping at this location since we love it everywhere else we go with no issues , so when we walked in we asked the lady at the door if we could use our CAA membership even that we had my 10 year old with us and she told us "sure we could apply it at the end " , we sat down and ordered our food and their kids menu is really confusing since my daugther order her food and we ask how much was for just an extra cheeseburger which she told us $2 per extra item added to a whole kids meal, we proceed to order our food and I ask for a side or veggies which they never arrived, we never had anyone to come or check on our table, by the time we ask for our bill , it came up a $22 charge that we didn't recall and were on the cheeseburgers , she also charged us for the veggies we never got and a couple dips we asked her for and never told us they were $3 each which seems odd since we eat 3 to 4 times at other locations a week and we were never charged for any extra condiment or side sauce, the worst part is that when I told her i had our CAA membership and she didn't apply our 15% discount, which other locations do she told us that because we have a kid we couldn't use the discount which was the breaking point at this time, this place seems a total scam and would advice anyone to ask everything before even ordering, the girl was a total rude teenager that laugh without even caring and didn't even offer an apology about the situation, their not clear at all with the costumers or transparent about their fees. Her name is KALLY for future reference. Hoping to hear from ant management to see how will they resolve issues like this and what they have to say to loyal costumers.

Edit : Unfortunately had to visit this restaurant again. Same thing, nothing has improved. This time i took pictures. One more thing. We ordered a vegetarian pizza which came with no tomatoes on it and we were told by their server that pizza does not come with tomatoes when their website or app tells a different story. Had to ask another server to put tomatoes on it.
Just another day, same story still same quality nothing improved including their service.

Never came here too often as the food was always lackluster, but now hearing about one of your sister stores in Markham where an employee assaulted an autistic toddler and his mother, and seeing your horrible responses to her publicly online via tiktok, I'll never be eating or drinking here or at any other BP location again. Shame on yall for whoever is running your social media accounts, shame on yall for treating customers that way and laying the blame anywhere but on yourselves. Your heartless and callous responses are completely uncalled for when the charges were already laid.
