We walked in the place was completely empty. Required seating for 10, and hostess setup a table in the corner for us near the bar. We preferred seating in the dining room and walked over, but the hostess promptly began to yell at us from behind the kitchen, before we could even communicate with her that we’d like to sit there. She didn’t give us a chance to explain we’d like change our seating, and immediately began antagonizing us and raising their voice. We let them know we felt disrespected and left calmly. They made snarky comments but we paid no mind. We took our business elsewhere. Don’t recommend this place due to poor service.

We went last night they were very busy, we were told 15 minutes for table. Ok no problem. Empty table toldnit was reserved nobody came until the end of our meal, we could have sat there. 25 minutes later another walk in got a table when they were told we were first. Fish was disgusting looked like chicken fingers, French fries cold. Waitress was friendly but didnt checked on us.

we went there on new year's eve with my two kids and husband as we were ending our meal we found hair stuck in cheese of our pizza. server was standing there we show her hair she was like OH HAIR thats it was like she was least bothered that a client got hair in the food and said WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ? we were actually shocked with her response we paid and left. This was my worst customer service experience

Food came out cold, informed waitress she took it to the back and we heard her telling staff in the back “apparently this is cold” in a not very nice way.
When the food was reheated/remade it sat for some time until someone in the back commented “is this supposed to go out? Did you forget about it? Where is it for?
We waited over 40 minutes to be checked on where she would walk away to quickly to ask for water, which we have been sitting for over 40 minutes waiting for a refill. To the point where we went to the bar side to try and find someone.
We were seated in the booths by the kitchen and spent our entire meal listening to the staff gossip, chat about personal things and ignore kitchen staff when food was ready to be served.
Overall awful experience which we would have had numerous times in the past, we only came because we were given a gift card or we wouldn’t have come back.

Where do I start. Waited over 20 minutes to be seen, when finally someone came over we ordered our drinks and food (had lots of time to think of what we wanted) and the food came before our drinks, drinks were flat by the time they got to us. Yeah the food was good but service was not. Was never checked up on, but food was good.
