My last 3 experiences at this place:1. Ordered and paid for a combo, was then informed their deep fryer wasn’t working, I asked for a refund and he gave me cash when I paid with debit2. I ordered a donair and was told they didn’t have any pita bread3 I walked in at 7:23pm and was informed they were closed, when their hours are listed as being open till 9I won’t be returning and my guess is they’ll be out of business very soon.

The poutine here is absolutely delicious, especially if you have the chicken added in. The service is very polite and quick to get the orders out. Have been here a few times and have never been displeased.

My only go to halal place in Grimsby, not only because it's halal but it's actually really really good. I have honestly tried the wraps and today tried the platter, it was phenomenal! 100% must try ?
Been here a few times, the first 2 visits were actually ok. It slowly started getting worse and worse... with stale bread and lackluster toppings and increasing prices.The atmosphere is also pretty awful, since you're literally eating inside a gas station.The most recent trip I had though took the cake. It was 12:30pm on a weekday and they had a sign on the counter (Be back in 40 minutes). It's as if they WANT to fail... Who leaves at the lunch hour? Unbelievable.I'll never be going back again.

The food here was all freshly made, super delicious, very courteous and pleasant service, and overall wonderful place. Would definitely go here again! The chicken sandwich and wrap were both awesome. We also tried the pomegranate drink and enjoyed it very much.

we come from us to visit niagra. They were about to close i m not giving the 5 starrs bcz of food. Food was overall good but i am giving bcz of guy who works there he was so humble even despite closing he explained all menu and took order. Ordered a mixed platter. $25.99. Received a Chicken donner platter. $15.99. Chicken is dry and inedible. Was told they tried to contact me and couldn’t. Substituted a soggy salad to compensate for not having the correct ingredients for the platter. Missed call 2 min before the driver arrived. Clearly the order was already on its way. Very disappointing. Basically took my money and did not provide the product I paid for.No refund offered when I contacted them with my concerns.
