I ordered 2 pizzas, they were so thin everything just fell off when we picked up a slice. Asked for bbq sauce drizzle, LOTS of bbq sauce dumped on.
Won't order it again.

Classic Gino’s flavour profile from a dedicated take out location. Has a friendly family run vibes (though I have no idea whether it’s run by a family). Pizza was fast and fresh. I grabbed a Montreal style pepperoni (cheese over the pepperoni). It did not disappoint. I love these old well worn pizza places—so the atmosphere to me was excellent.

Disappointed! We normally love Gino's pizza but we just ordered delivery from the Gino's in Grimsby and all three of our pizzas were BURNT! I was shocked that they even served their pizzas in this condition. My kids were extremely hungry, so I scrapped off the carcinogen on the bottom of each pizza as best as I could, but we are extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. We would appreciate it if the owner of the location would rectify the situation.

Ordered a pizza tonight as we often do on a weekend evening. We’ve been ordering online lately which has been great and seamless. Tonight we waited almost an hour and a half for our pizza to arrive, cold and lacking in toppings ordered. We order the same toppings all the time. One being extra cheese. We also ordered fresh garlic, and it wasn’t even added. Inconsistent. Disappointing. We will be looking for an alternative for a change.

ASKED PIZZA WELL DONE , PIZZA WAS HALF BURNED. CALLED OWNER WAS RUDE SAYING WE COMPLAINED A LOT. FIRSTLY THE PAST INCIDENT HIS DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP CLAIM SAID HAD WRONG NUMBER.. FIRSTLY IF HIS AGENT TOOK LAST DIGIT WRONG HOW IS IT CUSTOMER FAULT THAT DAY I WAITED OVER 1 HOUR LOBBY NEVER SHOWED UP HE CLAIMED DRIVER HAD ISSUES CAR AND NOW SAYS THIS EXCUSE? HE CAN CHECK HIS CALL HISTORY CALL BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY ORDER ELSEWHERE. REASON WHY PEOPLE COMPLAIN IS DO YOUR JOB RIGHT.

I thought I'd already reviewed Gino's! I can't believe I haven't. We LOVE this pizza. Hands down, best in town (and best staff too). Always good to sneak in for a late night slice. Pizza is always delicious.
