I was shocked to see almost 2 inches of crust. The pizzas looked slightly humorous because of how much crust there was. In some places, the cheese ended about 3 inches from the outside perimeter of the pizza. In terms of quality, it was decent but nothing amazing. We paid $45 for two pizzas and likely won't be back. Will go to Noni's or Dominos. The staff was friendly, and the place seemed busy, but very disappointed with what we received for $45.

Ordered from Grimsby location..... 1 hour and 20 mins.... we may have more pizza places per capita than any small town..... ordered well done.... way too long a wait and far from well done..... safe to say others will get my next orders.

Always go to this Gino's best one in Ontario had a great experience with Cole who was working the front he was very helpful and was very engaged with my kids chatting about sports and favorite snacks. Will continue to come back for the service and the pizza.

Gone downhill fast. We used to love Ginos, it would arrive fast and hot. Last several times service had gone way down. Today it was 70 minutes until delivery (no warning of delay), I even called customer service after an hour which was no help, and when it arrived it arrived cold. Called customer service which frankly was useless, I regret pre-leaving a tip. Sadly this will be our last order from Gino’s. Disappointed!

Wasn’t impressed I had to get 2 slices. When I only wanted 1. .. With a drink. Was $10.00. My local Gino’s, you can get 1 slice. Even mixed. With a drink. Around $6.00. Don’t think I’ll return.
