First, I’ll start with the Service which was excellent, both by the order attendant and the person creating my burger the way I asked.

The tall lad taking my order was personable and repeated himself when I didn’t hear what he asked.

I asked the lady for the toppings I wanted and was quick to add a second pickle and made eye contact with me waiting to see if the burger was the way I wanted. Once I confirmed she passed me my food and said for me to enjoy my meal.

Again excellent service by both who attended to me.

The atmosphere is what it is, modern music playing over the speakers, winter last on the floor so people don’t slip, and not a piece of garbage or dirty table in sight - Excellent!

My food is a different story, while the price is what it is in today’s economy, I do expect my food to be hot, or at least within reason.

My understanding is that Harvey’s burgers are supposed to be hot off the grill.. Luke warm at best. From grill to my first bite did not take more than a minute, however as I was anticipating my first bite of a commercial burger in the longest time, I was deeply disappointed. Unless burgers are pre-made and then put back on the grill to give some warmth, this is not the Harvey’s I’ve known in the past.

Thinking “oh well, at least the fries will be hot..”, I was mistaken. The fries were actually cold enough that they had been sitting so long, the oil had stuck them together.. quite possibly the worst I’ve had in a long time.

Did I eat the meal I ordered, yes because I had a long drive ahead of me however I am hoping that my experience is a one-off because, because even with the franchise owner/manger behind the counter, I would have thought everything would have been top shelf.

There are others options on the other side of the highway and even though it is more out of my way, I’ll skip Harvey’s and try one of them instead.

I would give negative starts if I can. The short older lady with red jacket in front has no sense of customer service. She is very rude she needs to be trained professionally. We have been coming to this location for so long but not again. The food was cold too.

I am so upset!
After working 2 snow events in a row , I am an emergency responder. I was tired and wanted a quick dinner on my way home. After waiting 11 minutes at the drive thru window, watching some tall guy swipe his phone and a girl walking back and forth making car deliveries one at a time. Finally after the girl delivered everything, then they finally acknowledged us at the window. After 11 minutes we paid waited another 6 minutes for our order.
The tall guy took our order, he was very verbal about our burger toppings but when I got home ..............the fries and onion rings were awesome but the burgers were terrible. The wrong toppings, burger was colder than the fries, we asked for extra pickles and they didn't even give us 1 , $33 for this horrible meal !
I am absolutely disappointed by the brutal service, I have ordered Swiss chalet from this location and it's always amazing!?!?!
BUT
THE HARVEYS MUST BE RUN BY OWNERS CHILDREN OR PRIVILEGED CHILDREN WHO HAVE NO CONCEPT ON WORKING FOR THIER MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NEVER WILL I GO BACK FOR A BURGER WITHOUT GOING IN TO WATCH THE CHILDREN PREPARE IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT MY $33 MEAL , NO SUPERVISION SO BEWARE AT THIS LOCATION THE CUSTOMER MUST BABYSIT THE CO WORKERS TO GET A CORRECT MEAL!
SEE YOU IN THE FAR FUTURE, BECAUSE I AM NEVER GOING BACK FOR A DISGUSTING BURGER!

The food is medicore lately. The real issue is the tall boy with red in his hair. He served my husband and I in the drive thru a couple times now and every time he's been rude. To the point, we are willing to drive to Stoney Creek instead. Won't be returning.

Purchased dinner for my family tonight and both of yhe premium burgers were completely cold. I waited for about 10 min for the order from the drive-thru. Arrived home (about 5 min later) only to hand these cold burgers to my family.

From a food safety perspective, there is a minimum hold temperature for cooked food and this wasn't even close!

We enjoy 1 meal out a week and were very disappointed in Harvey's on Windward Drive.
