This is likely the worst KFC location. Have had numerous issues, including staff making food incorrectly and not properly correcting mistakes. It seems like they try and cut costs at the expense of good food and service.
After today I decided to post this review. The wrap they gave me was stale so I brought it back. They took the wrap I had taken a bite out of, put it on the clean prep surface, and then took the chicken I had bit and put it on the new wrap. It was unsanitary, and food that has been in a customer's mouth should not go back on the prep surface.
Too bad there isn't another location in the area.

This location has NEVER been so difficult. The staff do not know their product or customer protocols. How to ask what someone wants for their meal? Forget it! Lmaooo. I always order online but the app wasnt working. Unreal experience. We also waited what seemed like 20 minutes for food, had to reorder at the window and they still got the orders wrong. Lol 😂 make it make sense for these guys. Whoever is the manager you better look at who was at drive thru around 5-6 pm sun nov 2nd.

Food is ice cold. EVERY-SINGLE-TIME!! They don’t care. Go to the gas station and get a bag of No-Name chips. Or a chocolate bar. Or a bag of ice. It will be better! This place should be shut down. Shouldn’t be serving food to the public. Absolute garbage.
