DoorDash delivery driver, who Little Caesars uses, cancelled delivery pushing delivery to another driver. This delayed the pizza by 30 minutes. Tried to contact “help” and was told nothing they could do until pizza arrived after contacting the store and driver. The pizza arrived warm at best and doughy. Decided to post review rather than pursue with customer service. Extremely disappointed. Get your own delivery drivers.

I walked in for a hot n ready pizza. The staff member recommended I wait 5 mins for a fresh one. Thats customer service. The fresh hot Canadian pizza was perfect. Thanks very much.

Was one of the best experiences I've had at Little Caesars tbh, order a large stuffed crust meat lover.. was made non stuffed crust, didn't notice til home, called in, they said we make a new one, come grab it.. Easy and quick.. good job guys and gals

Tried to call and order a pizza tonight at 8:35 pm, nobody answered the phone so we figured we would just go and grab a hot and ready. Got there at 8:45 lights were off already and they were sweeping up. If you’re not actually open till 9 you shouldn’t advertise that you are. Ginos was happy to have our business.
