I’ve had good experiences until I found a plastic bag in the oriental grilled chicken…im assuming someone dropped the sauce bag in and didn’t care to pull it out

My boyfriend and I love this place. We find it’s the best of all the chains we have tried! We just left now, Friday September 13th around 5:45pm and just experienced the worst customer service. we get there and the only person to be seen behind the counter took their time to acknowledge us since they were chatting to the person who was cleaning the floors on the other side and eating fries or something. when they came over to take our orders, they did wash there hands after they were just eating with them, they couldn’t even look at us as they were took worrrues about two people messing around and laughing in the kitchen. once our 2 orders were complete a person came out from the kitchen and cashed us out laughing and barley giving us the time of day. really not a good experience on the customer service end that’s for sure!!

I am regular here. The food is absolutely amazing and never disappoints. They recently had renovations done and it looks incredible! The staff are always so kind and it’s overall just an awesome place to go for some delicious and quick to-go food. Highly recommend.

As always the delivery service is so bad they open the app before doing anything I have to wait for a very long time and they don’t care about deliveries always they have the worst delivery services

I got a single item with no rice in a small container and was charged $15 for it. When I asked why it was this price they said that was just what it was. I basically paid for a three item dinner but only got one. I was very disappointed and upset.

Found long and short strands of hair in both meals. The honey garlic chicken barely has any chicken in it, even though it looks like they give you a lot, it’s all fried batter. I’m pretty sure the rice is old because it doesn’t taste fresh and it’s covered in sauce. Not sure why this Manchu wok is so different from the other franchises. Best Manchu wok is at the Pen centre in St. Catharines.Anyways wear a hair net please!!

On the way to Niagara Falls on Oct 9th 2023, we stopped by Grimsby rest stop where this Manchu Wok outlet was located. I ordered the package deal of pick ANY TWO items as depicted in the photo of displayed menu, indicting one was noodles and the other was Spicy Garlic Chicken with price was $14.20.The cashier said the amount was $30.50 including tax (pre tax amount $27)!!!!When i quired, the saleswoman and cashier got very aggressive and said the chicken was EXTRA!!!! Either the misleading signboard was clearly lying or the saleswoman was lying. Regardless I gave $35 to include a meager tip not to let his ugly incident roin our vacation mood.This was my last time eating at dishonest, misleadingly labeled eatery with rude, arrogant staff. You have over-charged me twice what I should have been charged and this amounts to dishonesty and stealing. Goodbye!!!!!I ask every client to be aware of this scam at Manchu Wok and challenge them for the deal on display.

terrible service!! chicken balls on the menu but the guy scratched it off???? the website says it carries quite a few foods but they don't carry them and wont take it off the website because they "dont want too"....
