On August 19th, between the times 5-6 pm, we ordered a box of rice with some sides and when I did not like the rice that was given to me, I tried giving it back and an Asian girl was extremely rude about it and did NOT refund me back and immediately threw it out without even saying anything and gave me no manners. She did not give me any eye contact and she was excruciatingly rude. Worst manchu wok ive been to.

I went to this place after a day at the beach. It was 3:15pm July 15th. There was no one else in line when I asked if the item I was looking at was chicken. The girl did not even make eye contact with me. She rudely said no. There was alot of food on display so I asked is this chicken again and she rudely replied no. No eye contact. Then she walked away without offering me any other food options. Very disappointed. She made me feel awful for even being there!! I left dumbfounded as to why she would be so rude to me. I was nothing but polite and again no one else was in line to order but myself. I will never go back there again and will also tell my friends to boycot this horrible place.

I absolutely love this place. Anytime I drive out of Niagara I stop here. There is a lady who is always there in the day time. She is so nice. Great to deal with. The portions are enough to have a second meal later. This photo was 3 options plus (rice or noodles) it came to $18

I’ve had good experiences until I found a plastic bag in the oriental grilled chicken…im assuming someone dropped the sauce bag in and didn’t care to pull it out

My boyfriend and I love this place. We find it’s the best of all the chains we have tried! We just left now, Friday September 13th around 5:45pm and just experienced the worst customer service. we get there and the only person to be seen behind the counter took their time to acknowledge us since they were chatting to the person who was cleaning the floors on the other side and eating fries or something. when they came over to take our orders, they did wash there hands after they were just eating with them, they couldn’t even look at us as they were took worrrues about two people messing around and laughing in the kitchen. once our 2 orders were complete a person came out from the kitchen and cashed us out laughing and barley giving us the time of day. really not a good experience on the customer service end that’s for sure!!
I am regular here. The food is absolutely amazing and never disappoints. They recently had renovations done and it looks incredible! The staff are always so kind and it’s overall just an awesome place to go for some delicious and quick to-go food. Highly recommend.

As always the delivery service is so bad they open the app before doing anything I have to wait for a very long time and they don’t care about deliveries always they have the worst delivery services
