I absolutely love this place. Anytime I drive out of Niagara I stop here. There is a lady who is always there in the day time. She is so nice. Great to deal with. The portions are enough to have a second meal later. This photo was 3 options plus (rice or noodles) it came to $18

I’ve had good experiences until I found a plastic bag in the oriental grilled chicken…im assuming someone dropped the sauce bag in and didn’t care to pull it out

My boyfriend and I love this place. We find it’s the best of all the chains we have tried! We just left now, Friday September 13th around 5:45pm and just experienced the worst customer service. we get there and the only person to be seen behind the counter took their time to acknowledge us since they were chatting to the person who was cleaning the floors on the other side and eating fries or something. when they came over to take our orders, they did wash there hands after they were just eating with them, they couldn’t even look at us as they were took worrrues about two people messing around and laughing in the kitchen. once our 2 orders were complete a person came out from the kitchen and cashed us out laughing and barley giving us the time of day. really not a good experience on the customer service end that’s for sure!!

I am regular here. The food is absolutely amazing and never disappoints. They recently had renovations done and it looks incredible! The staff are always so kind and it’s overall just an awesome place to go for some delicious and quick to-go food. Highly recommend.

As always the delivery service is so bad they open the app before doing anything I have to wait for a very long time and they don’t care about deliveries always they have the worst delivery services

I got a single item with no rice in a small container and was charged $15 for it. When I asked why it was this price they said that was just what it was. I basically paid for a three item dinner but only got one. I was very disappointed and upset.

Found long and short strands of hair in both meals. The honey garlic chicken barely has any chicken in it, even though it looks like they give you a lot, it’s all fried batter. I’m pretty sure the rice is old because it doesn’t taste fresh and it’s covered in sauce. Not sure why this Manchu wok is so different from the other franchises. Best Manchu wok is at the Pen centre in St. Catharines.Anyways wear a hair net please!!
