I got a single item with no rice in a small container and was charged $15 for it. When I asked why it was this price they said that was just what it was. I basically paid for a three item dinner but only got one. I was very disappointed and upset.

Found long and short strands of hair in both meals. The honey garlic chicken barely has any chicken in it, even though it looks like they give you a lot, it’s all fried batter. I’m pretty sure the rice is old because it doesn’t taste fresh and it’s covered in sauce. Not sure why this Manchu wok is so different from the other franchises. Best Manchu wok is at the Pen centre in St. Catharines.Anyways wear a hair net please!!

Staff are always pleasant. Portions are generous and food is tasty. It may not be authentic fare but my family loves it.

On the way to Niagara Falls on Oct 9th 2023, we stopped by Grimsby rest stop where this Manchu Wok outlet was located. I ordered the package deal of pick ANY TWO items as depicted in the photo of displayed menu, indicting one was noodles and the other was Spicy Garlic Chicken with price was $14.20.The cashier said the amount was $30.50 including tax (pre tax amount $27)!!!!When i quired, the saleswoman and cashier got very aggressive and said the chicken was EXTRA!!!! Either the misleading signboard was clearly lying or the saleswoman was lying. Regardless I gave $35 to include a meager tip not to let his ugly incident roin our vacation mood.This was my last time eating at dishonest, misleadingly labeled eatery with rude, arrogant staff. You have over-charged me twice what I should have been charged and this amounts to dishonesty and stealing. Goodbye!!!!!I ask every client to be aware of this scam at Manchu Wok and challenge them for the deal on display.

terrible service!! chicken balls on the menu but the guy scratched it off???? the website says it carries quite a few foods but they don't carry them and wont take it off the website because they "dont want too"....

I love this place at Dixie Mall in Toronto. So thought it would be good here. Unfortunately all the proteins I bought, orange chicken, sesame chicken and the sweet and sour pork were all over cooked. Tasted like deed fried beef jerky. The shanghi noodles were tasty but even eating that a quarter of the noodles were dry. I would not suggest eating there. Or maybe the cook was having a bad day. The portions are substantial.

I come to this location often, and I can say not only is their food better and staff is friendlier than any other chinese restaurant nearby, but the value for the portion sizes is unmatched to other fast food restaurants. I had more than enough food for my dinner, but also had lots left for the next day!Parking: Large parking lot, bus and truck parking availableDietary restrictions: They have vegetarian and Vegan options available. In addition to no MSG in their food!
