This store rip you up you give your code and they take it and in the board you see they adjusted the price but after you get home you realize they never give you the discount and charge you full price

Always consistent in terms of food taste and quality, good service!
We only go to McDonald’s for the grandkids. Have to give a shout out to Judy F. She brought our food to the table, made sure I had a drink and made a couple friendly jokes. Even later asked if we needed anything.
Did not expect service like that at McDonald’s!

Teenagers made it impossible to hear anything. And decided to stick a ketchup packet in between the toilet bowl and seat so if anyone sat down it would explode. Luckily my fiancé found it and tossed it. It was so noisy and loud. Very unappealing place.

A great option for quick and relatively gluten free meal when I'm in the road.
Dietary restrictions: I can just buy the patties alone for $1 each plus fries, sand neither affect my gluten sensitivities

Probably the worst McDonald's. Staff are pleasant enough, but not sure if I've ever had them get my order right, and I am not just talking about getting a sauce wrong, I mean missing whole items at times. 9/10 they forget to include sauce for nuggets. They have the absolute slowest service I've ever experienced even when they aren't busy.
I want to share my experience at the Grimsby McDonald's today. I ordered two McChickens and was asked to pull over while they prepared my food, which is understandable. However, after waiting ten minutes, when my order was finally ready, the staff insisted I drive around again instead of walking out to hand it over like they are supposed to. This added unnecessary frustration as I had to wait behind other cars.
When I reached the window, I calmly requested a refund, feeling that I no longer wanted to eat there. What happened next was particularly disheartening. I overheard the employee speaking to her manager, Ishita, in their native language, saying, “They are asking for a refund; I was going to offer them a free drink, but they started with the refund request,” and added, “They are desi only.” It felt like my experience was dismissed simply because of our shared background and manager didn't even ask if there is anything they could do to make things better.
I didn’t make a scene; I have dashcam footage of the entire encounter. We left after getting our refund, but it was disappointing to see such behavior from people of my own background. This location used to be my favorite, and while I’m glad they’re now open 24 hours on weekends, it’s clear they don’t have the staffing to manage it. Other delivery drivers were also waiting and visibly frustrated.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and it's disheartening to witness such behavior within our own community.

They made us park the car in the night time so that their timings will be correct for the drive thru. We parked the car for 15 mins and she waved the hand to go again back in the drive thru to pick up the order where we have to wait again for the cars ahead of us. I asked them to provide refund for the poor customer service. The girl on the window in front of us told the manager desi people when she herself is Indian. Manager name ishita came over and didn’t even ask anything or apologized procesed the refund and left. Poor customer service and being Indian letting Indian people down. These type of Indian people working in the food industry let down the Indian community as don’t treat their own community well. Will not recommend anyone to visit again,
I don't know why they've begun advertising themselves as "24 Hours" on weekends, this is not the case. Arrived at 4:50am on a Saturday hoping for breakfast before work. I was asked to wait until 5 for the store to open and was then informed that they were only serving coffee.
Seemed like there was only one person working.
When I worked at a McDonalds, a lack of staff for overnight shifts is usually the result of an owner being too cheap to compensate staff accordingly.
This theory of careless ownership seems to agree with the general disarray often encountered at this location. Pay your staff, train your managers, everyone wins.
If the store isn't 24 hours then so be it, but don't advertise it as such. You're just wasting people's time.
Tried to order special as advertised on sign outside of restaurant. Associate looked at me like I was trying to order painting supplies. Then detailed the special and again an unapologetic blank look. Then described again, just utter confusion. So I left hungry. It costs enough to eat there without having to deal with clueless employees. I’d be embarrassed if I had trained that employee!!

The staff here are the sweetest! We had a small mishap with our order and they went above and beyond to remedy.

Food is as you'd expect for a McDonald's, but service is subpar. missing items, and incorrect toppings are common.
