Ordered the breakfast sandwich and they burnt the muffin. It was black. Took it back. Luckily we were eating inside and didn't drive away.

This is the best McDonalds location ever. I eat at McDonald’s pretty often, this location never messes up my order, the food always tastes fresh and the service is always great and quick.

I went to this location for a chicken nugget happy meal for lunch and clearly asked for sweet n sour sauce. Drove up to the second window where I saw the young lady holding my happy meal and chatting up a storm with her co workers. I watched the time, it took her 6 minutes to finally walk over and hand me my happy meal. I opened the box and saw no sweet n sour sauce and horrible fries. Went through the drive through Again and asked for sauce and new fries. I got NO sauce AGAIN!! And the same old fries! I called the manager from my car and all he said was “oh I’m so sorry”. He did not offer anything! I told him I’m in the parking lot and I want my sauce, he said “ok I’ll bring it out to you”. I told him my car colour and model, he came out and already forgot my car colour(there was only 3 cars in the lot all different colours) To my 13 MILLION Google review viewers- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!

It’s the principle, more than the price.

But the cashier rounded my order by $0.15 for McDonald’s charity WITHOUT asking me. And no thanks, I don’t wanna give a cooperation like McDonald a Tax break with MY money

Bathroom door is always locked

The place was in a mess.. dirty floor and dirty tables

Average McDonald's food (good), tables often a little dirty, and the atmosphere is often concerning. But that has more to do with the problematic teenagers that hang around there then the establishment itself. That being said I've stopped coming into the store to avoid feeling unsafe and uncomfortable by fellow customers.

I am all over Ontario as a contractor for work, and an avid Mcdonalds go-er for lunches. This is one of the worst locations around. When I went this evening, there was three people waiting in the pull ahead spots for food, so I went inside. The 9foot tall achne covered cashier was too busy on his phone, so I used the self checkout. As I'm waiting (long) for a single meal, I'm watching the manager stuff her face with chicken straight out of the bins. In the most respectful way, she does not need to be eating there either. Just goes to show that it all starts at the top. Terrible location.

Used the drive thru, which took a bit to place my order which was no big deal until they told us they were out of fries and asked us to pull up but all the spots were full, as we waited over 10 minutes for our food we watched 5 more cars get told to pull up. What’s the point of pulling up if there is no food for the people behind.
