I constantly arrive buying some food here. I loved the prompt customer service and well prepared food. Kudos.
One of my main places to grab some food. excellent location, always clean, and great customer service. I highly recommend them!
Really enjoyed my visit again to this restaurant. The food, service and views are great. A must visit if your in the Grimsby area.
We had our company Christmas party here. Great service and an excellent dinner.
Went on Christmas Day, was aware of set menu and set price. Had reservations but still had to wait 15 min when place was half empty. Service slow until waitress finally came, after that it was alright. Caesar salad a little bland, not enough dressing. Green salad good with extra dressing. Prime rib a bit tough but tasty, could have used more au ju. Mashed potatoes bland. Vegetable strudel tasty. Bread, glass for beer all seemed after thoughts. Staff wasn’t engaging and seemed a bit rushed. For those kind of prices and a automatic 18% gratuity...expected way better. Won’t be back...too expensive for ho hum food and experience.
It was our first time dining at the restaurant and right from us entering we were seated straight away had a beautiful window seat note that we could see much as it was dark but I'm sure in the summertime it is a beautiful view food was excellent and will definitely be dining there again
Disappointing frankly. Portions were generous. However, they do not specialize in Italian cuisine and it’s obvious in the seafood fettuccine. Do much cheese that it all stick together. It was like Mac and cheese. My friend had the lamb that was super dry with no jus to he found. The place has a nice view on the with floor of the Casablanca Inn. However it was difficult to find because there’s no signage. I wouldn’t return.
We had a nice dinner. We were the only ones there for the first half of our meal and then one other table came in. Our server was very friendly and prompt. We both ordered the beef tenderloin, medium. Both were rare when delivered. They were sent back and chopped more but were still pretty rare. In fairness, they were very thick. They were tasty but a bit tough. The mushroom sauce was delicious. The veggies were cooked perfectly, not mushy. The desserts were also delicious.
We enjoyed our experience and our server was very nice. She provided great service. Our appetizers were delicious and my wife's lamb was great. Unfortunately my steak was undercooked and not as enjoyable as I would have liked.
Wonderful view of the ocean and far shore with live pianist playing nice tunes made a great atmosphere. I enjoyed my dinner meal which was very tasty and the service was excellent!

This was our first time eating dinner at this restaurant and although it was a Friday night there was only a few customers in the dinning room. Our waitress was courteous knowledgable and attentive and quickly outlined some of the better options on the menu. We ordered our wine and we’re given fresh bread to nibble on while our main course was cooked. Both of our meals were cooked expertly and were delicious and had generous portions. My seafood fettucine Alfredo was especially well prepared and included shrimp and lobster . I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant .
Firstly it was difficult to find. The restaurant is on the right floor of the Casablanca Inn. There’s no signage for the restaurant. It’s obvious they don’t specialize in Italian cruise because the seafood fettuccine was more or less Mac and cheese. My friends lamb was dry there was no jus as per the menu. Portions are generous and that’s the only good thing I can say. I wouldn’t return. For a $$$ restaurant I expect better.
Spent the evening at Casablanca Hotel and went to Panorama for dinner. A wonderful evening. We were seated with a lake view, the meal was wonderful. Our server was wonderful as well. There was live music too. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Dear Stan J Thank you for taking the time to send your review. Appreciate all the great comments. Glad to hear you enjoyed your dinner and the live music. Thank you for joining us and hope to see you soon. Kind regards, Michelle
Mains are not cheap but perfectly made with local ingredients where possible. My wife had linguini in cream sauce with loads of lobster, crab, shrimp and asparagus. I had slow cooked lamb shoulder then braised in jus. I am trying to cut carbs and asked for extra vegetables instead of potatoes. They brought me a generous mix of peppers, cauliflower, broccoli etc. Delicious. For dessert my wife had the beignets. More a pastry than a donut texture. It came with what I could only describe as liquid toffee and also delicious cherry compote. I would go here again...
