I don’t know what happened at this location. I just spent 10 mins waiting for my mobile order while everyone in store got served and the drive through is empty. They have been completely ignoring mobile orders. Had I know this, I would have just went through the drive through. This is unacceptable for a place that charges 7$ a latte.

I have been a very loyal customer at this starbucks location for a few years now and have been almost coming to this location everyday and I must say It’s not the same anymore. Throughout these last few months their service and food have been going downhill. They are almost always understaffed causing them to close their drive through, it’s a very big inconvenience if this is happening almost every week. Their drive through is much slower than it used to be as well. They have new employees and I am not sure if that’s why the service isn’t good anymore but something is wrong. Some of the staff are nice but majority seem like they have no clue what they are doing. I also have noticed that they have been slacking on fully warming up their frozen food items, along with they always seem to be out of certain stock. Obviously nothing is going to be perfect but it’s really frustrating when the same occurrences keep on happening, especially for this long. I hope that things will change soon

Absolutely love this Starbucks location! Every time I come in, the staff are so friendly and genuinely make my day. My order is always made perfectly, and even when it’s busy they keep the atmosphere calm and welcoming. The store is clean, cozy, and the vibe is super comforting whether you’re grabbing something quick or staying to relax. You can really tell the team cares about their customers. Easily my favourite spot in Grimsby for a coffee break!

I ordered 2 ham and swiss croissants through the mobile app. when I arrived they hadn’t touched it yet which is okay, I know how busy it can get. I asked the barista about my order and she worked on it right away which was great especially since I was in a rush to get to work.
I get in my car, drive away and grab my food, both croissants were stone cold…. really disappointed and not sure how that happened..

Go to the Starbucks in Winona, yes it's farther away but it'll be faster. I stopped in the late afternoon thinking it wouldn't be busy, but apparently there's 5 people and I only see one person making drinks. I left after 10 minutes of waiting. Terrible service, at least acknowledge a customer when they come in and it's busy. If the manager is just sitting in the back watching instead of helping you should be fired. If the manager was behind the counter helping I think that's even more sad

I’ve been a Starbucks loyalist for as long as I can remember, but having come to this particular location it seems like they’ve clearly let their hiring practices slip.

When I arrived in the afternoon, the garbages were overflowing. I’m convinced one clerk behind the counter did not speak English, and when I placed my order (a half decaf coffee), he needed help from his coworker to complete the transaction.

From there, I waited probably over 10 minutes while other guests were served until eventually I spoke up and asked when my coffee would be ready – the only clerk THEN began to pour it, but then noted (after consulting with the same staff member who helped him punch in the transaction to begin with) that they didn’t have decaf Pike Place after all.

I asked for my money to be refunded back to my card and went to Tim Hortons across the street for the same order. Whomever the manager is at this location, please re-tweak your hiring practices as the staff you have working for you give off an air of not only being incompetent in their job, but also not valuing the time of those who patronize their store (though I myself will not be returning to this location if ever I’m in the area again).

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The employees were rude and dismissive, and their behavior felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and when I politely asked about it, I was told, “We’re busy,” in a very curt manner.
What made it worse was that several of the female employees were standing around laughing and chatting instead of helping customers. Their attitude came across as careless and disrespectful. I also couldn’t help but feel that there may have been some racial bias in how they treated different customers, which is completely unacceptable.
This kind of behavior does not reflect the welcoming and professional environment Starbucks is known for. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff receive proper training in customer service and inclusivity. Not even worth 1 star

Please take a closer look at the service and overall quality here. The experience should flow smoothly — no small issues or interruptions. Starbucks is about consistency and care, not just coffee.

That said, I really do appreciate the team’s hard work and the effort that goes into every shift. It’s not easy, and the dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

Still, there’s room to raise the bar again. Starbucks is meant to feel like an experience — professional, warm, and seamless. Let’s bring that magic back.

This Starbucks used to be my morning stop until about 2-3 weeks ago. It seems like all the regular staff are gone and the new staff are nice but have no idea what they are doing. The inside of the store or the drive through has been closed almost every day and mobile orders aren’t offered anymore. The staff are trying their best but it seems like they don’t know the menu or how to use the system because my last 6 drinks have been wrong even the one day that they asked me my order 3 times twice at the order box and once at the window. For paying such a high premium for coffee you would think the company at least has the funds to train the new staff adequately. I will be getting my coffee from other local businesses from now on.

I have literally never come to this Starbucks and had it be open… I’m not even over exaggerating I’ve come here now four times at 3/4pm on my way to work and they’re closed every single time. It is literally 2025 how hard is it to staff a Starbucks on the SERVICE ROAD

At this point I obviously give up and won’t be coming back. Fifty road it is! Lol

This is by far the slowest location I’ve ever been too, drive thru backed up I saw three people go in and out quicker so I decided to go in and voy what a mistake, they’re all grouchy working, slowest location I waited no word of a lie 35 minutes for ONE drink.
Avoid this location if you’re not willing to wait.
