Today, I Ordered through DoorDash delivery. I ordered footlong choco chip cookie, but unfortunately they were out but, were kind enough to leave a note and by replacing it with footlong gingerbread cookie and a complementary cookie as well. Good customer service and food. Highly recommend:)
I recently visited the Subway in Grimsby, ON and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
The staff was incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted. They were knowledgeable about the menu, Store operations, and provided great quality of food.

The ONE thing that makes this place outstanding is - Aashi - not certain that's her name, but It doesn't matter how busy things get, when it's your turn she's always gets your order right, she's efficient and JUST SO NICE! She turns a 3.5 star experience into 5 stars hands down.
