Creepy man in their parking lot seems like they are trying to stop every car from parking there, please tell him to stop barking like a dog. I would not want to get out to get myself a subway with this attitude. You are by the hospital, you benefit from customers who go to the hospital, so if someone needs to park there for a minute, let them...so they might pick up a subway or two on their way out...I stopped there for two minutes and frankly this man creeped me out...

A laughable amount of protein was added to my Rotisserie Chicken footlong. I kindly pointed out the skimped protein and they said it is extra charge for more protein. Never again, waste of 14$

For over a decade, my wife and I have visited this Subway location. Unfortunately, our experiences have often been frustrating and inconsistent. One of the worst instances was when the owner refused to make me a sandwich, only serving my wife. She ended up eating dinner alone while I went without subway. This experience was so upsetting that we didn't return for a long time.
Yesterday, we decided to give it another try. We ordered a turkey sub, but they began preparing a tuna sub instead. There was also a strange issue when we asked for bacon. A staff member placed the bacon on a piece of paper and then put the paper directly on my sandwich. This seemed like a potential sanitary issue. I can't think of a reason for this other than trying to keep the counter clean, but it was concerning.
Because of these repeated problems, we now prefer to go to other Subway locations, even though this one is close to home. It's a shame because the high volume of customers at this location means they have little incentive to improve their service.
I'm not a fan of subway but now im convinced I was travelling to toronto and wanted to pee really bad. I stopped here on Saturday Aug 2nd at around 11am. I kindly ask the indian girl if I can use the washroom to pee. She said that I need a promo code in order to use the washroom. I clarified and she said I need to purchase something from subway first. I left this place and went to Sobeys nearby, I got to use their washroom. For their kindness, I told my wife to purchase something from the store. If subway doesn't show the human touch, how can I support it? Especially in a competitive fast food environment.

It is convenient Can’t say best food but nice plaza CAA, dental, physiotherapy nearby. Shoppers drug mart, Scotiabank, Dollarama across.
Don't ask for extra lettuce , its a big problem.
