This location has the worst delivery service in Canada many drivers but a review about the service and the owner didn't do anything about this always we got a bad experience in here

At 6pm after working a long shift, I waited 5 minutes for anyone to realize I was at the drive thru speaker, after they answered and said “just a moment” 10 minutes went by and still nothing, I reversed and pulled up to the speaker again, they tried to take my order but couldn’t understand the simple order from their menu that I was relaying. They asked me to pull up and order at the window, no one came to the window for 5 minutes, after taking my food order at the window, I waited 15 minutes for my order to be completely wrong, cold and missing items. Such a waste or time, horrible service no sense of urgency or care. I’ve never had a worse experience at a Taco Bell ever

Couldn't provide a receipt so wasn't sure why my bill was so expensive. Cheese wraps were gross and filled with liquid cheese unlike newer TB's that aren't rushing.

Food was ready 25 minutes after it was supposed to be for an online order. They don't seem to know what's going on, the order had to be explained 3 times and was still not done correctly. Complete lack of sense of urgency, 4 people standing around doing just about nothing. No apology for the wait either. I get it's a taco bell but that was just pathetic. No sauce in the bag either.
