At 6pm after working a long shift, I waited 5 minutes for anyone to realize I was at the drive thru speaker, after they answered and said “just a moment” 10 minutes went by and still nothing, I reversed and pulled up to the speaker again, they tried to take my order but couldn’t understand the simple order from their menu that I was relaying. They asked me to pull up and order at the window, no one came to the window for 5 minutes, after taking my food order at the window, I waited 15 minutes for my order to be completely wrong, cold and missing items. Such a waste or time, horrible service no sense of urgency or care. I’ve never had a worse experience at a Taco Bell ever

Food was ready 25 minutes after it was supposed to be for an online order. They don't seem to know what's going on, the order had to be explained 3 times and was still not done correctly. Complete lack of sense of urgency, 4 people standing around doing just about nothing. No apology for the wait either. I get it's a taco bell but that was just pathetic. No sauce in the bag either.

I was there @8:30 pm September 21,2024 They didn’t care about food was getting cold , I asked them few times please close my supreme fries so they won’t get cold but he was keep taking other customers and we ended up taking cold food . Terrible experience, Taco Bell was our one of the most favorite restaurants till yesterday! After visited this TacoBell location at Grimsby On. inside the mall, we won’t go back in any Tacobell. Firstly, staff has no courtesy to welcome the customers, all staff are Indian Punjabi. When we entered staff were engaged on iPad, we were waited almost 15 to 20 minutes to order the food. We were patiently waited and than ordered Vegetarian food. Repeated 6to 8 times and clearly mentioned in ENGLISH + HINDI for their better understanding. Food took almost half an hour and instead of veggie they gave Beef on Fries and.Crunch wrap. When we took the food back and ask about it , the staff Gagan who made our order was literally made fun about it and took it as nothing happened, May be this is her routine that’s normal for her. Afterwards, we were getting upset and asked to speak with manager, the lady who took our order named Sharan came and started defending Gagan, and told us to make new order. Sharan Manager was telling us that Gagan the girl who prepared our food is international student, couldn’t speak proper language and all…, instead of teaching her staff and asked her to apologize she was just defending her staff. We never had this worst and horrible experience in last 20 years. Just shared our experience so everyone who will go there be aware about this. Hope the store will take sometime and train their staff especially on how to behave with customers.

Very very bad experience ever in my life in last 20years in canada .First time when we reached to order that location girls is talking with each other and tells us to wait after 5-7 minutes after wait ...Sharan took order as she is manager and even she is not keen to understand the order which we order vegetratian taco and fries ,we requested her please make sure all taco and fries is vegetratian not meat at all...we requested 6 times mention that our order is vegetratian Even though we confirmed that she served 100% beef in all taco and fries ...worst part is after mistake no one apologize..even though they laughing take as a fun ...All staff is punjabi indian and manager said that gagan the staff she is new in this country and not understand English so but the order took by manager sharan and not to her staff..
Very bad experience...please make sure if your vegetratian than make sure before you eat ..
