Quick lunch service, my food arrived at the table about 15 minutes after i sat down at the table. My waitress was pleasant and efficient during a busy friday lunch hour.

Had a fantastic meal today. Awesome service... The food was amazing.. The only reason for the 4/5 on atmosphere is there volume of the football game. It was pretty loud, I get it, it's football Sunday, I just don't think it had to be quite so loud. The service and food combination will have us coming back again for sure, just not during Sunday football 😁

Your response just proves my point about your unprofessionalism and arrogance. Threatening to call my employer instead of taking accountability for your rude and disrespectful behavior is laughable. I followed the signage that said ‘Delivery Only,’ yet your staff kept lying about the wait time for 10 minutes, only to rudely dismiss me with an unprofessional attitude. Saying ‘I can do whatever I want’ is not how you run a business. Newsflash: delivery drivers are a crucial part of your operations, not punching bags for your attitude. If this is how you treat people, good luck keeping your business afloat.

The waitress/bartender could not be bothered with us. We interrupted her when we first walked in. Then when she brought us our drinks, she couldn't drop them fast enough. She couldn't even take to extra time to place them to who ordered them. There was only 2 of us. Then she sent most of her time with a guy in the bar area. I have pictures. After we were finished she assumed we didn't want dessert. Asked if I wanted any. No I didn't, but when she brought the dessert she only brought 1 spoon. I had to use my fingers for a taste. When I joked with her about the other table paying, she didn't get it and was snarky with her reply as she walked away. She got way more than deserved for a tip. I have never been so unwelcome in a restaurant as this, the Forty Public house. Won't be returning for quite a while. I can only hope this waitress got something from the customer that she did pay so much attention to. Pictures if needed.

I ended up ordering two different dishes and was very disappointed with both. It's a lovely place and the staff are wonderful. I'm just not sure what's going on in the kitchen. Others at my table had the same issue. For me part of the problem was the taste. And with the second dish that I ordered, it actually tasted the same as the first but shouldn't have. It was a salad.. it makes me wonder if they're cleaning their utensils before they make other dishes. Really odd! I had the lobster dip originally and then ended up ordering the Caesar salad because I couldn't eat the lobster of which there was none..

I took my 2 boys for dinner. I had an amazing pulled pork sandwich, and they had the burger and fries and chicken finger and fries. My son says it’s the best burger in town. And he’s tried many. We will make this our go to restaurant.

Great pub fare with quick and friendly service. Kids love it here as do I. Great beers on tap and always a good time with the live music. Check this place out when you get a chance!

Ordered a chicken sandwich from skip the dishes. The chicken in the sandwich was so overcooked that I could not even pull a piece off in my first bite. It was extremely tough and I couldn’t even eat it. Disappointing.

I just happened to be jonesing to throw some darts and grab a bite to eat. So.. naturally, The Forty came to mind. Well… the Amber pints certainly hit the spot but the sandwich I chose was truly great! The Chicken Avocado Club! What can I say!? The chicken was beautifully done and I I’m coming back to try the lamb shank. I mean, if the sandwich was that good.. why not!? Thanks to all. Great experience!
