Ordered a pizza today at 420 pm. After 6pm still no pizza. Called them multiple times (52) didn't take any calls. Heard back from them at 625pm and said pizza was on the way. We already left and had to go out to eat. Never again with this place. I would give a zero star if it was possible.

I have been ordering from pizza house for over 14 years basically same order every other week...so disappointed that I placed my order this evening at 430 for a 6 pm delivery...at 620 I called about my order...they said they never received it...this has happened twice ..so sad this is the service after all these years ...guess time for new business

Well this used to our go to place for pizza and wings for years. I remember going there all the time back in early 2000s.... unfortunately lately the pizza went salty as heck. So we stopped going there and continued to get my wings from there. But after tonight.. pre ordered wings for 6pm. They forgot about it. Also extremely salty and a ton of pepper, they were borderline not enjoyable...And the 2 or more new ladies they hired. I can't understand them and they don't understand what I'm saying, no manners at all. Kept cutting me off. Hair down to their hips and no nets. Absolutely disgusting.
Sadly this is the last time they will get my business after 24yrs of going there

We are new to Grimsby. My friend told me to try the pizza and wings at the Pizza House so I picked some up for dinner. Our entire family was very pleased with the pepperoni pizza and the honey garlic wings. We will definately be back! I highly recommend the Pizza House!

i would love to say that this is my favourite pizza place. but after last night i was extremely disappointed. i saw the owner yell at his employee. if the owner has high standards like that, then so does his customers. yes your food is good. but i don’t support that atmosphere.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I am pure vegetarian and i have ordered veggie pizza . No one was wearing gloves there and i got pepperoni in my veggie pizza. I took only one bite and i had to throw my food. They should wear the gloves because everyone does not like meat.

Been my go-to pizza place in Grimsby for me and my family for years. Even though I don't live in Grimsby anymore, whenever I come back and visit, I always want to get pizza and wings with my family here. Hard to pass up, good price and you get sizable wings and a good amount of toppings. Can't think of anything to criticize.
Was visiting a friend in Grimsby and grabbed 2 large pepperoni pizzas for lunch.
I have had pizza just about everywhere I’ve ever been, all over Canada/ Spain / Italy.
This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Could not believe it was to be found in Grimsby.
