Waited for 15 minutes to just place a order.All the girls working here are good in customer service,but the guy(dont know his name)working here just took the order of a lady who came 10 minutes after me,but ignored me for the order.Worst experience due to his customer service. (Dec 7,2024).

Can't understand why the health department doesn't do anything about the staff serving customers with dogs.
Service would be faster if they would shut down the drive-in.
It would be nice if they had avocado toast like they do in the U.S.

I decided to try a new flatbread pizza and it exceeded my expectations. I had bacon everything with cilantro lime dip and it was delicious! The bead was oven fresh, pillowy soft with crusty edges, perfect amount of topping, the dip was mild but flavourful, a perfect match with melted cheese and bacon. The service was flawless. The location is spacious, clean and peaceful.

We asked for an ice water for my senior parents and they refused on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 with our $10 coffee purchase. When we persisted that all other Tim Hortons will charge 10 cents for the cup they were rude to our whole family. All other Tim Hortons in the Niagara Region always have great service though.
