They try to be fast, which I appreciate, but 90% of the time my order is wrong. This time I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese, but I got a plain bagel with no cheese. On top of that, I ordered one hash brown and ended up with three.

Went to the drive through, asked for the omelette bites, when she gave it to me it was freezing in the middle, I gave it back to her and she said it was warm … she than said she would warm it and asked me to go around to do a turn and do the line up again which I refused, than she gave me back my cold omelette and when I told her it was still cold she said she can’t do nothing about it an refund me my money.. what kind of nonsense is that ? This happened Saturday August 30 2025 at 4:20pm in case the manager/owner would like to know which employee it is!
Terrible service. All the food being prepped was for the drive thru and hardly any attention for the many people waiting inside for food orders. Awful task management. And in the end, got the wrong bagel. Would avoid going inside to the counter and just head to the drive thru. It’s the only customers they cared to help right away.
