Since they've changed ownership, everything has gone down hill. Coffee is terrible (worse than timmies normally is), and they ALWAYS get something wrong. There is only ONE employee that's pleasant (young lady with the big glasses), the rest either scream or whisper at you. I've been coming to this location every morning for the past 5 or so years, and it's time to find a new one. Their food and drink quality has tanked, but hey, all in the name of pumping more customers through the door, right? Welcome to Canada.
I go to this tim hortons at around 1030pm most nights of the week and all people who around then are the most pleasant people Ive ever dealt with.

This Tim Hortons is the reason I have boycotted all of Tim Hortons. Showed up at 2:30 am with a trailer in tow and with the centre being closed and the drive through open, I asked if I could get two coffees before departing on a long drive up north. I was informed by the person inside that as I was not in a vehicle I could not purchase coffee and that it was "store policy". With not a soul around and explaining that I would have to unhook my trailer, the server apologized for the inane policy and shut the window.

NEGATIVE STAR At 3.20 AM on 13 Nov i went to drive thru but have no car but i was so hungry and there was so cold and the tim Hortons attendant told you have no car i am not going to take your order. If store is closed and only drive through option is available and person is hungry is this necessary to have car . This is so unfair . Totally disappointed with customer service. I never ever seen hurt-less cashier like her. May god bless her some kindness.

This used to be a good location before it was sold...have to watch them now and make sure they get the order right. They don't understand the difference between cream and milk. Every time I order a double double with milk it is made wrong. Very frustrating
