I was very disappointed about the service. I activated my coupon to get two tea with two donuts, and after an hour, I tried to use my points to get one more drink. My point were deducted but the Tim manager Gagan said I used my points, I still have to pay. This is the first time I heard of this as I have been deducted 400 points in exchange for a SINGLE drink, why I have to pay? Does it make any sense? I showed my phone that the reward credits were charged. He was inpatient and making excuses leaving me there and busy for other things. I left without the drink that Tim own me. Super frustrating and even mad as this âmanagerâ. I would Not count this as a service!
Every time I order a bagel from this Tim Hortons, itâs either missing cream cheese or is so burnt it looks like itâs been left in a bonfire. For the price, I expect much better quality. My last order was so charred I couldnât even eat it. Very disappointing.
