Stopped by this Tim Hortons on my way to work around 7:30 AM. The drive-thru line was long, but it moved surprisingly fast. I ordered a medium double-double and a bacon breakfast sandwich. Both were hot and fresh, and the coffee tasted just right—not burnt or watered down like I’ve had at other locations. What really stood out was the staff. The woman at the window was super friendly, even though it was clearly a busy morning. She smiled, confirmed my order, and even wished me a great day. Small gesture, but it made a difference. I’ve been back a few times since, and the service has been consistently good. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations in the area.

We liked the people working there, no issue there, but there is a lack of training at this store, their terminal did not work at the window drive through so the window girl offerd to take it to another terminal in the store, mind you I was in the drive through, my card was out my sight for a short period of time, I did approve her to do it, BUT it shouldn't be an option and could be used for stealing client card numbers, it takes 2 seconds to magswip or read a cards data for later transactions on my card. It will be deactivated today and replaced because I wanted my coffee. I hope this reaches the owner and they understand. sometimes nice is not always a good and liable option, you run great risk in doing that. It is a cheap loss if you just said sorry and offerd the drink for free to keep the line moving and fix the problem. It's not the customers issue and should be delt with professionaly.

This has been my favourite location for years, and continues to be. Staff are friendly and provide quick service. Many know my order which is very nice. It's also always clean. I often come in the afternoons/evenings and find that if staff aren't serving, they're mopping or wiping things down. Big thanks to all the staff for always making my tims experience great. Unfortunately cannot remember names of everyone, but lately I usually find Manpreet at work - he always seems happy, has a big smile and and is very kind during our interactions. He is one who I always find cleaning when not serving. Thanks for all you do, and to the lovely ladies that work here as well! Your kind service always makes my day a little better
