The five star reviews are laughable. It's the employees writing them. This location has gone down hill quick since new ownership took over. Rude staff, orders consistently wrong. They stand there and talk about you in their language thinking we don't know. No wonder all the old staff went to another location. Hire better, do better. I miss the old days

Disappointed to go there this morning. Been in grimsby since last 3 years never had to face any issues in any other tim horton here. But this was pathetic.

Great service. I visit in the afternoon mostly and things like donuts are always available. I’ve noticed this isn’t as common to other locations but am glad that it is here. It’s nice to quickly stop by and grab food for myself and my family on my way home from work without any troubles! Overall, great location and great staff!
