Love for healthy takeout! Quick and easy

The smoothies are very bland and over priced. All I tasted was the whey protein. I barely tasted the fruit

Good price for what you get. Always tasty, fresh and amazing. Recommend ordering online.

Went here on Sunday March 16 and ordered a tex mex rice bowl. Not sure if maybe it was due to the fact that it was close to closing time but the rice was basically uncooked. Still no excuse if I am paying $40 for 2 people. I have never had any issues before so hopefully this is a one time issue.

I treat myself to a smoothie bowl once every few weeks and they have always looked to be made with care. Today when I picked up my bowl it had less of everything in it. Usually the bowls are filled to the top and the presentation makes it all worth the money. Today I was very disappointed and I feel ripped off for how much I paid based off what I got. I can overlook the fact that the staff are not warm and welcoming to their customers, but you can’t cheap out on the food people are paying for.

my husband ordered food for me on my lunch break … the food isn’t the best, i got the custom rice bowl with cauliflower rice. the bottom of the bowl was damp and wet, i obviously still ate it bc i payed a lot for it, but when i reached the end of the bowl this is what i was left with this liquid at the bottom of the bowl. it concerns me if it was freezer burnt, i just hope they follow the health and safety codes. i bring up the health and safety for a reason, because my daughter got a bowl with shrimp, which made her sick. i thought that she was just having an upset stomach, thought id give this place the benefit of the doubt and another try. but now the service was bad the second time and the food was disappointing again, not worth the price. the older woman with glasses is also very rude. i didn’t find her welcoming the first time but i understand i maybe came during a busy time, but my husband also mentioned her lack of professionalism.

I may just be a smoothie snob, but Heal in Burlington is worth the drive! I tried to like Urban Cravings but my first smoothie bowl was liquid, I could of drank it with a straw plus I waited an overly long time to have it made. I have gotten a few smoothies and they are just mediocre, i can make that at home. I prefer pea protein, as whey causes many gastric disturbances in people. They don't have oat milk which is my favorite.

My favourite place to eat, kind of pricey, but it’s a good healthy option.
