All 3 couples including myself were unable to self serve ourselves , to the Coke dispenser as you are required to to scan the machine for it to operate - Not everyone carries a cell 24/7 especially if you are as senior citizen .

Honestly it’s so disappointing when I come here for lunch on a regular basis as it is close to my work, and I have yet to be pleased with the customer service.
Today October 1st at 1:40pm, I go through the drive through, the lady at the window did not even greet me, because she was too busy talking on her cellphone that was up to her ear. She passed me my food without saying a word to me. It’s crazy to me that an establishment allows their employees to act this way.
Experiences like this one, make me not want to give a place any more of my business. Would definitely recommend going anywhere else.

Brutal service and food made wrong. First it started with my drive through experience. I asked for a cup of apple slices, she didn't seem to understand English, so I had to repeat myself multiple times. She then said "we don't have apples". And I said "well I get them all the time did you run out or something?" And she said we only have apple chunks???? I said idc how they are cut... I would like apples. ? Then I asked for a jbc deluxe, with everything on it. And I just got a jbc with mayo. Asked for ghost pepper ranch, didn't get it, and she forgot about my water. I also waited at least 10 minutes for this order. Will not come here again.

I ordered from Ubereats at like 11:40ish it came really quick and even though they were closing soon the order was so fresh despite it also being delivered. I was so hungry and it was so satisfying tyy
This was a cool little spot with a selection of other fast food all in the same court. Wife and Daughter went with Wendy’s and we both pleased with their meals. They swear their medium pop was large… so that’s a bonus.

Dipped strips are not covered in sauce. They just put a little sauce in the middle on top of the strips. Fries are also just okay and it was expensive. Frosty was good though.

Ordered a baked potato with sour cream, chives, and cheese. Barely any cheese, employees act as if it's coming out of their own pocket. No chives. Girl taking order didn't understand what a baked potato with cheese sauce was. Gave me wrong cheese. Ridiculous. I worked for wendys when I was 14 and my quality control was far superior to this garbage. That's so sad.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is so good, they are more focussed on providing better services, my experience was amazing. I gave order of multiple things and had to wait for couple of minutes because it takes time to make them fresh. Staff is super friendly and doing their best job at all work stations. I was glad by their greetings with a smile in at that peak lunch rush. Happy to go there , and definately recommend u guys to visit there once :)
Terrible service. Used the drive thru and everything was wrong. They do this on purpose thinking you’ll be on the QEW and will not turn around and go back. I did and ripped the useless manager a new one!
