Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. As a frequent paying customer and someone who has worked in customer service for many years it is astonishing to me how this location treats customers . The lady working on may 15th at around 450 was incredibly rude at the window, when we asked to add a drink to the order for my elderly grandmother who decided she wanted to have a drink with her meal . She then closed the window and was frustrated even more when we realized the ketchup we had asked for wasn’t in the bag. I am normally not one to complain and write reviews however this was not a good experience what so ever.

Absolute worst Wendy’s ever! Possibly ‘fast food’ as well. Service is GLACIALLY SLOW and the food was cold. Beverage machine didn’t have all the flavours. Disappointing and aggravating experience.

Had half an apple pecan salad today, because the lettuce was brown and slimy. Maybe you should check the pre prepared salads(you claim are fresh), before you let customers get them. Very disappointed.

Stopped hear on our way to a Buffalo Sabres game. The last time we did was 10 years ago for the same reason. Was a trip down memory lane for both my son and I. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.The food was terrible and expensive. I had the chicken wraps and fries.Just slapped together. I wish I took a picture, I can't even explain how bad it was. So bad I through some ketchup in the wrap.

Management was great, staff not so great.For fast service use drive through. I made the mistake of going inside and it took the better part of 20mins to order.

I went to this Wendy's location for breakfast.. I asked if their breakfast was beef.or pork... the gentlemen told he didn't know... I'm extremely disappointed that the gentleman didn't understand what he was selling... i dont eat pork.... Don't eat what you don't
