Bought stuff crust pizza, not even cooked, pizza not even cut and so greasy and flat. Also no cheese in the crust. Absolutely disgusting.

My brother came here yesterday paid for food, the debit machine took longer then normal, said transaction did not go through. Tried again kept happening he checked his bank account and seen that the funds were taken out and did not have enough to cover it a second time. The Mangers answer was, not completed don't give him the pizza. She did not care as to why their machine did indeed take the money and was having a malfunction. $120 for pizza that was cold is a little steep. So now have to jump through hoops and have the transaction disputed.To make matters worse pizza hut makes it almost impossible to contact their main customer service leaving you with no option but to rely on the poor customer service skills of the manager. When you click contact us on their website it only says "sorry we are not taking any feedback at this time"Ranjet is a gem in terms or customer service and friendliness. He's the only good thing regarding this location.Edit: Spoke to the day time manager Paul, he is also a gem! He listened to the issue, offered his help with the matter for which we are extreamly greatful for and resolved the issue. Thank you so much Paul and Ranjet for all your help and amazing customer service skills! Pizza hut hagersville is VERY lucky to have you both!!

We stopped going to these guys. Their delivery guy was incredibly rude to our kid. All because an 11 year old did not tip him on top of the large delivery fee he already gets for delivering out to our house in the country. When we spoke to the manager we got alot of nonsense and platitudes. But they continued to give bad service. Even when you order pickup, they tell you 20mins so you arrive accordingly. Only to sit there for another 45mins and get the wrong pizza. When you speak to them about it, you get no acknowledgement of their error and no new pizza. I have enjoyed pizza huts since I was a kid. This establishment is not worthy of the label. I much prefer Titos. Better service, cheaper pizza that taste better. Plus they are very nice and most importantly, on time.

Picked up a small pizza. $8. No sauce. Very little cheese and skimped on the toppings. Pizza with no sauce!!!!!. FFS. Why are these places cheaping out on toppings? I get it that it is only $8 but at least put sauce on it.

Always hit and miss with this location. Sometimes we get our food and it's what we ordered and expect and it's good. A few too many times, we have ordered and something is wrong. Just last night for example, we got the buy 1 large or medium deal and get 3 lesser value pizzas for 5 bucks a piece. Right away, I noticed that it was 7 dollars a pie on the total, not 5 but said whatever, still a deal, and ordered anyways.When they arrived all 4 pies tasted gross. Like mouldy cheese. If I'm going to drop a rare 100 dollars on takeout I'd like it to taste at least edible.
I order online here quite frequently as there isn’t many food options in this town that are open late and let me tell you this location does not disappoint, lots of cheese, toppings, order is always ready on time and the staff are always friendly.

I really felt like a pig scarfing down the pizza and wings here?...wanted to take the whole store home with me; the staff was so nice and the food deeeelishParking: Its a tiny storefront with just enough street parking for pickup and go and a small counter for eat in but all worth it for the good food!
