Ordered some burgers and a poutine. The burgers were good but the poutine was disappointing. Processed mozzarella cheese slices and very little Gravy. It was also quite small considering I got the large size. For the price I would have expected more. I will be trying them out again though to see if the other item menus live up to the hype. Just avoid the “poutine” ?

My husband and I really love Princess Subs. Not only is the food itself very good, but we marvel at how absolutely clean and spotless the entire restaurant and kitchen are. It is very comforting purchasing food from a facility that prioritizes cleanliness to this degree. It certainly reflects in the quality of the food. It is always super fresh, consistent and exactly what you want from a sub and grill shop. All of the staff are very professional and it is our favourite spot to grab a fast meal.

My favorite go to place for delicious food! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I just wish the burger buns weren't changed! I find them a bit to thick now. My preference is thin bread/buns. Still delicious though and worth a visit!

Princess Subs is so great, every time I order I get their house sub and have them add extra mayo mustard and sub-sauce. of course the house sub is named the princess sub. I have never been disappointed with my meals, the service and the quality is always 110%. All the people who run the shop are very nice and also professional. When it is busy time, they are in their zone, making orders one after the next so I recommend phoning in the order ahead of time as they suggest.

We came in and of course it was busy so no sweat, we can wait but when you have like 3-5 families/orders come in after you and they take all their orders after our order and serve everyone after us. we’re still waiting for our food for like an hour and it was not cheap!! I just spent $110.00 plus tip and they served everyone after us. Usually when you have a food business you serve people as they order!! Not impressed at all!! Be the last time I’m ever coming back here!!

i've been getting the same order here almost twice a week since i before i could even order for myself, best food joint you'll find in hagersville, the staff are always super nice and accommodating and the food is always ready quick, and hot. princess sub will forever be my go to lunch spot
Just moved into the area and am trying out all the local shops. First time here and ordered a regular assorted sub. It was excellent, bun was super soft. All for $8.25, can't be beat, I'll be back often.
