Stopped by for the first time last night. Me and the wife could not have expected a better meal. The food was so good we were considering having them again for a second night in a row but unfortunately they aren't open on Sundays :(. We will certainly be back to enjoy more of this amazing and unique cuisine!

Ordered food at 6pm for a family Birthday dinner told it was busy to come at 7:15. It is now 8:04 and still food isn't ready for pickup when they said to come at 7:15. Never again not even a sorry or discount. I will take my business were they value proper customer service. Wow horrible

My husband and I got the jerk chicken with rice/peas & the curried goat with rice/peas. Both were phenomenal and we will definitely be back. Our friends ordered numerous other items from the menu as well and everyone more than enjoyed. Can’t wait to be back!

BEST restaurant food we have maybe ever had in this province! The service was great placing our order at the window and waiting for our takeout. Prices were great as the portions were HUGE and everything was fresh and delicious ? Highly recommend the fried shrimp - it had to have over 20 pieces and even after a 25 minute drive they were crispy and warm. The curried goat was the best we've ever found and the oxtail was tender with perfect spice - also the best we've had! The rice and peas are addictive in the best way. The wings were very large and the breading was crispy. The Throw Down Sauce is a must try!!

I don't enjoy heat or spices foods, this wonderful chef made a special dish for me. It was delishous. We have been multiple times an haven't been disappointed as yet an don't expect to be. My spouse loves the new dish he tries each time. Highly recommended!!! 👌 👍

Been here a few times now, the food is absolutely amazing. The Jerk Chicken was flavourful and spiced great, rice and peas was solid as well. The beef patty is great, not too dry and seasoned well. The Oxtail and gravy was amazing and is one of my favourites. The best dish for sure was the Chicken Wings with Jerk Sauce, the perfect level of spice with a good sized portion and the wings were cooked well, not dry but still crunchy and a nice bit of sauce on them. It is a bit of a wait to get your food even if you call ahead but it is a small business with amazing food and the wait is worth it.

Wow, we dinned here just over a week ago. This was our 1st time trying The Throw Down Chef and we really enjoyed everything. We decided to dine in and since we did and had a bit of a wait. The chef and waiter brought us a complimentary appetizer. And it was delicious, we ordered Jerk and Fried chicken, both absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going back. And definitely recommend.

I went for the first time yesterday for lunch with my best friend. We both loved it so much! we were given spring rolls for an appetizer because she was making the jerk chicken, and it was going to take some time. We were not in a rush was so ever, but Kiss (owner) was amazing! the food was delicious and huge! we both took some take out for supper and it was delicious, the Chicken defiantly is better the Kentucky Fried Chicken! My husband now wants to go to try other items on the menu. Thank you Kiss your such a lovely lady! see you soon!
