Asked for a large steeped tea, one of the young girls poured the drink, then sniffed the pot, had the other young female coworker also smell the pot, questioned each other if it smelled like coffee, shrugged their shoulders and continued to hand the drink to me. Absolutely terrible quality control and half ass service.

My family’s meet here halfway to enjoy some coffee and treats so today I thought I would do a review. The experience was generally okay, but there’s room for improvement. The staff could have been a bit more welcoming, which would have made the visit more pleasant. The coffee wasn’t as fresh as I’ve come to expect from Tim Hortons, though the other menu items were decent. The store itself was reasonably clean, but the layout makes parking a bit challenging. The drive-thru cuts right through the parking lot, which can create some congestion, especially during peak times. Despite these issues, it’s a convenient stop, and overall, it was okay.
Parking: Free parking but sometimes can be difficult for parking
Kid-friendliness: There is high chairs
Wheelchair accessibility: Some wheelchair parking along with door access and washrooms

I went in drive-thru for just an icecap for work, as I’m sitting here at work I’m finding like chunks of crumbs or something as I’m drinking it. I never ordered food but some how I’m finding pieces of it in my ice cap this morning 🤢🤢 what a waist of a $6 coffee🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I get coffee and snacks from this location every morning around 5:30am and it’s the best part of my day. The staff are professional and friendly. It’s nice to see everyone working as a team to get through the busy mornings. I always get great service and the food is always great. Thanks to everyone who works there for making my mornings a delightful start to the day.

The new night guy is incredibly slow the rest of the night crew are fast and efficient but the new guy is just slow waited in drve thru with 2 cars in line fir over 10 minutes and when I got to the window he forgot my order and when I got my coffee it was horrible

I know Tim Hortons has been getting bad, but this location specifically is absolutely terrible. They never get an order correct And if you want to get an order correct you’re fighting with them for 20 minutes. They have no idea what they’re doing. They do not train their employees. They have zero quality and service and product.
Update…….rather then addressing the issues and actually training their employees they reply to these reviews with a generic A.I response asking me to fill out a survey, not a chance I’m doing extra work for YOUR COMPANY when you won’t take the time to properly train and hold your employees to a higher standard
The slowest place ever and coffee is never made properly! Very incompetent workers that can’t follow simple orders such as 1 coffee with 2 plain two timbits. How do you screw that up ? Even if you go to dine in or take out you’re waiting at least 20 minutes for one thing such as a coffee and an espresso shot, which you’re lucky if it’s even made correctly. The Team work does DOES NOT make the dream work for serving customers in an efficient time manner. This location Need new management or supervisors or just a whole new crew in general that can operate in a timely manner. 30 minute wait for 2 black coffees and one bagel.

For the most part, the young girls taking orders are nice except one!! CAN YOU AT LEAST SMILE....IT WON'T KILL YOU!! I am a regular customer, I am always kind and plesant but that one extremely rude girl ruins it for everyone. Doesn't say a damn thing, just slams my coffee down (that's all I order btw) and no thank you or eye contact!! You will never make it in ANY job with your crap attitude!

Staff is very friendly. Too bad they have to deal with rude customers. This location should think about having more workers in the afternoons and evenings because it can get busy with only 2-3 people working. But the staff loves to joke and ensure all customers are satisfied. It’s a very welcoming and friendly environment.
