Went here for a staff Christmas party and really enjoyed it. The restaurant, atmosphere and service were excellent. The burger was good, but fries were pretty bland. Overall though, good experience and I'd come back for sure!

My recent experience with Hook Line and Sinkers was thoroughly unsatisfactory. I was required to make a half-hour trip home and back on two separate occasions due to receiving an incorrect order each time. This was both inconvenient and unacceptable.
The level of customer service I encountered did little to resolve the situation. There was minimal acknowledgment of the error, no meaningful apology, and no effort to demonstrate genuine customer care.
Upon finally receiving the correct items, the quality of the food was equally disappointing. The portions were remarkably small for the price, and the meal itself arrived cold, overcooked, oily, and lacking in overall quality.
Given the combination of repeated mistakes, poor customer service, and substandard food, I am extremely unimpressed and disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I was there on Saturday Night . I ordered the fish and chip as I heard they were good , I was very disappointed, the fish had no flavor and was very dry . sauce helped a little . Disappointing visit

We went here tonight for the first time after friends recommended we give it a try. The food was incredible! We ordered deep fried pickles, the yorkshire sliders, loaded chippers, brisket sandwich, thunder crunch chicken sandwich, fish and chips and the Stacked fish and chip sandwich. Everyone loved everything we ordered. We barely left with any left overs because we all couldn't stop eating it was so good! The staff were so friendly and made sure our food was exactly how we ordered it. I can't wait until we are in the area again so we can come back!

We (4 guys) enjoyed a wonderful meal after a day Atving in the Dorset Ontario area. Someone one ordered deep fried pickles. Excellent. Someone ordered halipino poppers. Freaking hot according to the two guys who ate them. Fish was great. Pulled pork sandwiches were excellent. Waitress was extremely nice and hospitable. Going back for sure.

Food is good, service is absolutely horrible. Waitress was more concerned about her boyfriend than serving customers.
Unfortunately I took no pictures of our food. However, we were greeted quickly at the door by an absolute gentleman. The food we ordered came out lightning fast and was delicious. Brisket poppers to start, yummy, not very spicy at all. Wife ordered fish n chips, she enjoyed it but said it was a bit soft…. I had steak on a stone, simple dish, not a great quality steak but tasted good, and it’s priced pretty fair. Over all it’s a great place. Go try it

Went for an early lunch after a hike and were pleasantly surprised. The food, from the appetizer to dessert was well cooked and flavourful. The staff was pleasant and informative. At one point a glass was broken and it was cleaned up without stress in no time. The restaurant was busy with the whole patio and most of the restaurant occupied and nothing felt rushed or crowded. And the view… nothing beats it especially during fall colours season.
