Great food, amazing service, on time and fantastic takeout! As a chinese-vietnamese Canadian, I have to say this is some good Chinese food right here in Haliburton! I'll definitely be coming here at least once each visit to the cottage! Would recommend the lunch or combination specials. Can't be that deal!

My son & his wife & 2 of the grandkids drove the long 5 hour drive up to cottage country to visit me. There is no way I could manage to serve lunch for 5 so we decided on the Tian He restaurant. What can I say...nice and clean, bonus. The server was very nice and efficient. We got the meal for 5 people and food was plentiful and great. We got to sit for 1 1/2 hours to talk and enjoy the visit while enjoying great food. The real bonus for me...they have jasmine green tea so I bought a whole box of 100 tea bags.Thanks for the great food and wonderful visit with my kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for those like me who use a walker plus stairs for others.

Our 3rd time eating here. It has gone downhill from when they first opened. Tonight ordered 3 dishes, only 2 came. Orange Chicken was like brown gravy. Szechaun Beef was not in the least spicy and very salty. Asked were our rice was, he forgot to put the order in. We were the only customers and the server was more interested in his phone than us. May not go back. It's a shame, their food started off awesome.

When travelling, especially around, muskoka / north of Barrie, I don’t have many expectations about food or restaurants. Doubly so for the off season. However, we needed to eat and Chinese food sounded great so we went in to eat.Service was fast, staff was pleasant and friendly. Food came quick and it was delicious. I would take a detour for this place again if ever in the areas. 10/10 would recommend

Had a great chat with one of the new owners on the phone while ordering for takeout. Got a variety of dishes which all hit the spot. The Black Pepper Beef and Yang Zhou Fried Rice were standouts— flavourful, generous with portions and ingredients and best of all, great wok hei! Having lived in Markham and Toronto, my standards are pretty high and I’m real grateful for a taste of home up north. Don’t sleep on this gem!
