Food was subpar, Nashville hot chicken cruncher was composed of mostly breading, very small part of it was chicken. Disappointed with what I got for how much it costed.

Food is okay but you guys need to wear gloves and hair nets. I saw one guy working without gloves and hair net. Order taker girl with jacket was so rude she need to work on hospitality and customer service.

There was girl at the front counter she was very rude and disrespectful to us. She took around 5 min to make the order but still the food was very cold.

I ordered the Masala Veggie Burger which clearly comes with red onion, but they added white onion instead! That’s not the company standard and completely changes the flavor. On top of that, the staff wasn’t even wearing hairnets — totally unhygienic and unacceptable. If you can’t follow basic food standards or your own menu, it’s a big red flag. Very disappointed! Moreover, the dining area was also unclean.

Why did I get white onions in masala veggie, standard says red onion should be in the burger??

We had Mama Burgers wrapped in lettuce 🥬 combo with Root beer and onion 🧅 rings. Something to snack 😋 on after an afternoon of shopping. The hamburger 🍔 is so tasty while quenching on a tall frozen glass mug of Root beers. Delicious 😋

visited this A&W and was disappointed with the service. I ordered a meal and asked for a drink refill, but the staff refused — even though A&W’s own policy clearly allows refills. When I mentioned this, they still denied it without any explanation. It’s frustrating when a brand doesn’t follow its own policy or value customer satisfaction. Hope management addresses this issue and trains staff properly.
