Our favorite shopping snack at Toronto Premium Outlets! Actually, it's a bit of a tradition to make a stop for a snack! Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken is our current favourite sandwich. Spicy sauce with the pickles goes perfect with the crispy chicken breast. Their fries are good as well. Wash it all down with a cold root beer! Staff always friendly. Restaurant reasonably clean and tidy considering the amount of traffic.

It's great that we have this little tradition of coming to A&W when we come shopping because the colder it is outside, the tastier that Nashville hot chicken sandwich and french fries taste! Really hit the spot again today! 😋🍟🔥🐔

The burgers were unremarkable; neither exceptionally good nor bad. Service was adequate, and the overall ambiance was average. While not outstanding, the experience was not disappointing.

Nice A&W Store at Toronto Premium Outlets. Staff are good and cooperative. Small Store with so many seating available. Food was so good and orders were delivering so fast. Rest rooms were available.

I had ordered masala veggie Burger, and the burgers was not Fresh. I also working in the A&W but the store where I work , we have fresh masala veggie burger, whereas the masala veggie burger was here the taste it was totally different they don’t have fresh oil. I highly recommend you do not eat on this place.

Absolutely filthy and slow service. Don’t get the bacon and chicken wrap. It is tiny and can feed only a bird.

My food was made fresh to order - but I also did order breakfast at like 4pm so I guess there was no eggs just sitting around. Which I loved ! And new fresh onion rings too.
I did had to remind them for my drink but I didn’t see an issue with that. It’s an overwhelming busy location. Best part is. They had a hand washing station !! That isn’t in the bathroom! Just right beside where you would get ketchup and tissue. Love that idea. Wish more places would do this !
