Wow. Talk about a drop in quality. La Diperie (streetsville) has been a regular staple in my home. First time ordering from the Premium Outlet location and boy did it disappoint. The donuts were flavorless, and tasted as if they were at least a week old. I will never order from this location again.

They microwaved a stale donut and put flavourless sauce on it and we’ve never been this disappointed in a donut. I couldn’t finish it and they are small. Waste of money. (Been to other La Diperies before and this makes me never want to try it again).

I love ice cream of this franchise. We came for our shopping in the outlet and we were so hungry. We were so excited but the service was really bad. Horrible behaviour from the employee I also work in food industry and understand how important is customer service. There was a lady working at evening 5 and it was on friday nov 10.

Worst ice cream shop in Canada. They are incompetent and dishonest.I ordered an Oreos ice cream cake from their website on 13th October 2023. I was to pick up the came at the Halton hills location from 11:00 am on 14th Oct 2023. I got to the store at 11:20 am only to be told that your location had sold my cake to someone else and that my only options were to either get a refund or pick another type of cake from what they had available. I requested for a refund and was told it would be automatically returned to the card after 7 hrs.I went to buy the cake from the George town location but the company failed go return my money. 7 hrs has turned to 10 days and I'm still fighting for my refund. I've opened a dispute with my bank because I want my money back.Save yourself the mental stress. Avoid the ordering system and avoid the Halton Hills location.The George town location was is the only reason I'm giving them 1 star, else they deserve 0 star if it exists. I rarely give has reviews so it shows you how horrible this location is.

The customer service was horrible, the cashier was cleaning and listening to music and attending customers all at the same time, bad attitude, the hot water machine is broken, all the cheesecakes are in a fridge without names or expiry dates so the cashier has so guess and so the customer.

How on earth an ice cream shop not have a backup ice cream machine? Went there and the employee said we don't have any ice creams with no further explanation, just went on to serve other customers over the other counter.
Awesome food. The chicken avacado sandwich is just wow.. my kids love that.

We went there on 5th March and forgot our shopping bag there when we realized and came back after 10 mins it was gone!! We complained to the girls on counter but they simply refused to even look for it. After some discussion they reluctantly connected us to the store owner and I understood right why they were behaving suspiciously. That gentleman even refused to look at the camera footage citing privacy!!! Privacy to even look at the camera which he installed to capture the video of store ?? If so why the camera is there in first place? We were not asking to show the footage to us just wanted him to look if someone has taken by mistake or stolen.After much discussion owner agreed to check the footage in evening but by then I already knew the answer which was already ready. We checked on 6th Mar and as expected he passed the message that we didn't have the shopping bag when we entered the store!! I am still to understand how he identified us from the footage when he didn't saw us in person? If he is truthful why not share/show us the video where we entered without shopping bag?? That's our video and he recorded it and even with privacy law we have every right to get that footage!!

I’ve been to this place 4 times in the last 4 months trying to get ice cream. 3 of those times the ice cream machine was allegedly broken. I worked at McDonald’s long enough as a teenager to know that’s not true, they’re just too lazy to clean the machine.

I was confused which icecream to buy so i asked her to taste. She gave me 2 icecream and she told me she can only taste me only 2 icecream. I told her i am going to buy for sure but just let me taste it a small spoon. She didnt allowI dont understand how to buy icecream if we dont like the icecream.
