They double charged us and refused to refund! Really disappointed that their debit machine wasn't working and asked us to try tapping again. We ended up getting charged twice. After lots of back and forth, they simply stopped responding and never refunded second charge despite confirming that we were indeed double charged. I don't want a free bun or a credit for next visit, I just want my money back!

Terrible service. Overpriced food. No enforcement of lines. I suggest you just cut in front to the cashier because the cashiers are just cowards.

The bright warm yellow decor caught our eye while shopping at the Toronto Outlets. The store was very busy.
They had a lot of choices for sweet and savoury patries. When you walk in, you pick up a yellow tray and a set of tongues as this is a self serve bakery. They had a large box of liners to put down on the tray which is good! Once you make your way to the front to pay you can then ask for a takeout bag if needed.
Our pastries were absolutely delicious!!! We noticed that they refilled the displays quickly. You could see the staff in the back room hard at work making all the pastries.
We would have taken more to bring home but didn’t.
The only negative vibe I got from visiting this lovely bakery is that much of their food is displayed on trays with no cover. Of course, we understand this is an important part of the self serve experience, however, in a busy place like the Toronto Outlet Mall, there were way too many kids and adults around the food, it really didn’t feel very sanitary 😕

Overpriced Asian Bakery. I understand the rent at this location might warrant a higher price, however the quality of the buns does not worth the price tag at all.

Went in at 8:45 pm. I chose the items I wanted and paid. I was told the food can’t be heated now. I told I don’t want it if it’s not hot. Another person from the store told the person serving to do it. They literally took it out in 15 seconds and the food wasn’t even heated properly. The lady who gave the instructions to the person who served me made an unpleasant expression. It is your job to heat the food. If you can’t, let the customer know prior to charging, or lastly refund the money if you can’t provide the basic services. The store closes at 9:00 pm and there was enough time to heat the food you’re selling. Never going back to this inhospitable place. Coming to the food, the chicken patty was crazy salty and tasteless and the cheese bread was too oily.

Price is crazy, it's 2-3x more compared to others that are better quality. Check St Germain's, TNT, Nations, happy cake house, akko cake house, papa johns bakery and all other Chinese bakeries all around 2 bucks. These guys charging 5 to 6 bucks for subpar quality.
#Tgtg they failed to provide value for money. They gave us 6 buns which is definitely not 30 dollars worth. Charged us 12 bucks for this which is pretty much get what u pay for.

The food is pretty good - we enjoyed the lotus rice wraps. The price is definitely more expensive than other luculus. They also don’t have the steamed rice dishes that some other luculus bakeries have. Not a bad alternative from the food court. Not a lot of available seatings when we were there during lunch time.

I came in for the Hong Kong milk tea, which was delicious! But the custard bun was very disappointing. It’s a little too sweet, and the dough is still uncooked. It’s clear because there’s a taste of uncooked dough, chewy and stretchy texture. I noticed this is a common complaint so hopefully it can be fixed in the future. Overall, pastry not worth for the price.

The set up for selection and retrieval of the bakery items was organized, allowing the flow to be seamless. We had the Portuguese custard tart, spinach and feta pastry, and spicy chicken bun. There are a lot of options but some of the items are pretty pricy - that being said, the quality of the food makes it worth it. I did not enjoy the chicken spicy bun, but the remaining two pastries were delicious! This location had plenty of seats available for dine-in.

Smells great here!
I like their products in general but it’s expensive! There was a 15% off end of day for the dim sum sign so I got one. Then at the counter the girl said it’s a wrong sign so she took it off and didn’t give me a discount. She just asked if i still want the dimsum full price. I still got it but i was very disappointed. Atmosphere was ok. The eating area was not well cleaned considering it’s a bread/pastry place, there was a lot of crumbs on the floor and some napkins and nobody was cleaning. There were also trays and garbage left on one of the table by a customer. This specific location is around an outlet plaza so i guess it’s a tourist spot. I assume some customers are not aware of the customs they need to clean up after themselves so i was thinking there should be staff that could help with the clean up and not just leave things there.
Regular bread. Lots of options, but nothing memorable. And I think the prices were elevated.
