Smells great here!
I like their products in general but it’s expensive! There was a 15% off end of day for the dim sum sign so I got one. Then at the counter the girl said it’s a wrong sign so she took it off and didn’t give me a discount. She just asked if i still want the dimsum full price. I still got it but i was very disappointed. Atmosphere was ok. The eating area was not well cleaned considering it’s a bread/pastry place, there was a lot of crumbs on the floor and some napkins and nobody was cleaning. There were also trays and garbage left on one of the table by a customer. This specific location is around an outlet plaza so i guess it’s a tourist spot. I assume some customers are not aware of the customs they need to clean up after themselves so i was thinking there should be staff that could help with the clean up and not just leave things there.
Regular bread. Lots of options, but nothing memorable. And I think the prices were elevated.
The place was packed but the fresh buns made up for it. Fresh and flavourful but a bit too greasy.
The drink wasn't as good as last time
Matcha latte was okay!
Delicious!
Good bakery but pricey

The price is double compared to the bakery in Scarborough. Staff is not communicating. Waited 5 mins for a simple milk tea until I told the staff I had been waiting. The drink is extremely hot.
We love the place, visiting every time when shopping. Amazing bakery, Flaky Egg and Coconut Bear are my favorite

Offers a great variety of Chinese buns and pastries. Taste really good. It comes with the high prices though and the common Chinese (lack of) service. And this is coming from a Chinese :

Buns are fine but a bit overpriced. The HK Milk Tea is absurdly sweet. Avoid that.
Bad food.. Worst chicken puffs.. Oil dripping literally.. When told the staff.. They were super rude and got so offended..
Management needs to learn basic manners..
The girl on the cash counter was nice though. She understood the customers point of view..
Over all a bad experience..
Wish there was an option of giving them negative stars..

Worth the hype! Try the Cheesy hot dog bun and the chicken puff pastries, a cold Hong Kong milk tea goes well with whatever you decide to pick up at the shop.
