I really like the mango mochi and have gotten it a handful of times in the past but the price of one (keeps going up too) is steering me away. $5+ for a mango mochi is insane.

The moment I walked in the place smelled absolutely delicious. I got their matcha latte it was the best Matcha latte I have ever had! It was so sweet! The staff there as friendly. I have no complaints.

Ridiculously expensive!!! And the taste doesn’t justify the cost as well. All their buns are sweet. We tried their Broccoli Bun, Garlic and Onion bun and their Chocolate Croissant. The only saving grace was the croissant but criminally expensive. All these 3 items for 18 dollars and some change. The tables are dirrrrrtttyyyyy. They don’t even clean it. I doubt they clean the tongs as well as they feel too oily to touch. Never coming here and not recommending anyone either.Vegetarian options: Very less vegetarian options.

Was out shopping with the wife and the smell walking by this place made us stop in and try something.

The milk tea at this outlet mall location is not as good as other Lucullus stores in other locations .... too bad

Pricey for Chinese baked goods, more than double the price in fact. $42 for the 6 baked items plus 2. The coconut bun had a lot of filing and was great microwaved for 30 seconds. The other buns were OK. Not sure I would buy again except for the cocnut bun.

The bakery is clean and the staff are nice. The girl heated up the bun I ordered and it is very delicious. The Hong Kong style milk tea is a must try! The price is a bit on the high side but understandable for located in the perium outlet mall.

Decided to give this location a second try. I really liked that there's a taste of home out here in Milton but the first time we came here on the weekend it was really busy. Came here today for a second try on a weekday and it's very pleasant and stress-free. I also would encourage others to give direct feedback to staff rather than giving 1 star reviews. They got my order wrong the first time but was happy to make corrections the second time around after hearing me out :)Atmosphere is nice on the weekends when its not busy. I love that there's indoor seating here as it's a nice escape from the outside and business in the food court.

I am not sure why it is so empty... I only have one coconut bun( there were 2 left on the shelf)and butter ?.maybe because it's Monday but so sad that doesn't have many options. The place is quite clean and bright.love the decor and Hongkong milk tea.One more thing is that they only have plastic bags when I ask for my croissant.it just feels a bit weird for me when it is not placed in a paper bag.

Just kindly reminder. This guy is very rude to customer, using a very discriminatory action to us.

Pretty place and decent Chinese buns. Good iced Hongkong style milk tea but Ridiculous for pricing specially their drinks.Price just keep going up…I get the mark up for being at this location but how can they get away with charging large Cold tea for $10.45+tax?These chinese buns normally cost between $1.50-2.75 and teas for less than $5 at other authentic chinese bakeries.

168 order. Ate my bakery goods even after waiting few minutes for drink to arrive. I asked them 10 minutes later, after everyone that order same time of me already finished there. I will start your drink. Girls in bakery touching phone while touching baked good. Having phone lean on see thru window. Not the most sanitary I my opinion. Milk Tea was good but shouldn't have to ask to make my drink, when others before me got there's. Not best experience. I like Saint Germain better based on my experience.

The bakery smells so good with all breads and other stuff getting prepared freshly in it. There are so many varieties to eat from for a vegetarian also. I love visiting here.

Bakery goods are not bad but not worth the price. This place is way over price for Hong Kong style buns (not French bakery), and service is not good. They heat up the baked goods for customer if you choose to dine in, but they decide how long they want to heat up for and refuse to reheat for customers. We had tuna bun and curry beef pastry, I can tell they could be good; but they weren’t when the outside is warm but the meat in the inside is cold and they won’t reheat….. so overall for $100 brunch/tea time for 6 people for tea and buns? Totally overpriced and not worth it!!
