I walked in for burrito bowl, she seemed to be annoyed from her attitude and she really cheaped out on the portions, it barely had salad and so dry.

Today I ordered 2 regular vegetarian burritos and 1 veg quesadilla, it was so fresh and delicious.The girl working there was very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend place.

If I could give a 0 star I would.No cilantro, no queso??? Very bad for a Mexican fast food joint.I ordered 3 large burritos. Came to almost $70 and they did not taste good at all. Something was off so we ended up throwing them out. What a waste. We were disappointed because we have had MB from other locations and this one wasn't up to par. The worst thing is that I specifically ordered one burito to be vegan, no cheese no dairy. The server made it as ordered but wrote the wrong contents on the package. She wrote chicken and cheese on the vegan burrito and no cheese on the cheese burito. So my kid with a dairy allergy ate some of the burito with cheese and sour cream. This made her very sick! Note to self... Always open up a buritto before consuming.

I visited Mucho Burrito when I was exploring the Toronto Premium Outlet. I was quite hungry and decided to try both their burrito bowl and wrap. The taste was delightful, and they were quite generous with the toppings. It was definitely worth the price, and I would recommend this place.

Worst experience at a Mexican chain fast food restaurant. Chicken was all white with no seasoning or grill marks. No lettuce (they had bagged cabbage slaw instead which is just gross). Fresh tomato salsa had no colour....tomatoes were almost white. Overall very bland and burrito bowl had no colour at all. I ate barely half and threw it out....huge waste of $15....unbelievable. Tables were dirty (restaurant was empty at the time) so we took it to go. Will never go back to a mucho burrito. Bring on Chipotle to ??!

The food here is good and the portion sizes are awesome. I got the double-up burrito with chicken. It was very tasty and satisfied my craving for a burrito. The service, on the other hand, was a little slow. We waited around 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back to make our food, and didn't even get an apology. The chairs are a little small to sit on and stay in, especially the bartop chairs.
food is okk and price is tooo high as compare to other mexican food . they are in rush due to highly crowded area and food is okkk . quantity is too much less as compare to price . veggies topping are less and not worth here eating food , waste of money but there is no other option .

I ordered a lunch at this location today Sunday September 24 at 2:30 PM. I ordered a bowl; however, the steak and the rice was cold. When I told a girl at the counter she simply denied mentioned the rice is in the cooker. I never had my lunch and went to order something else. I disappointed with the poor service and won’t be back to this location either.I will share my bad experience with my friends too.

Really small quantity for the veggies and even the extra guacamole that the regular burrito looks extra small. Really bad experience twice at this location. Last time the chicken bowl was literally half empty. Staff doesn’t really care about the customers. One of the staff I feel like she was the senior among all the staff literally was talking on her phone and was handing out the burrito without gloves to the customer.They should be better trained on portioning the food and customer service. Will never go to this location ever again. But the management should definitely look into it.

It is clearly seen how poorly the store is managed , only 2 people handling the whole store with chaos of people . It took me more than an hour just to get myself a small burrito and that too was made in hurry and tasted really poor . Hope they improve their service and atleast keep people accordingly to try saving others time too.
