I got their chaat papdi and it was the worst chaat papdi I have ever tasted, potatoes and chick peas were stale

The name itself has franki in it and unfortunately i had worst franki ever. Veg paner franki is what i ordered and regreted it.

Worst experience, there were 2 UBER order cancelled right in front of me
I called and placed an order and then I went to pick up after 40 minutes but it was not ready and told me that it will be ready in 5-7 minutes
I was frustrated and asked to cancel but then he got my food after 15 minutes

There was nothing like Bombay frankie
It was like paneer wrapped in roti and big pieces of onion

There was no taste and I went to return the food

Horrible experience

I would not go again

At least not in weekend for sure

The food i ordered today was really bad. I ordered chicken dum biryani. The rice was undercooked and chicken piece was under cooked so I told them its not at all and I ordered another chicken fried rice. The rice in the fried rice was also undercooked. It was really grainy in taste. I guess theh are using same rice for all the dishes. I guess the main chef was not cooking today. I did not eat it all .I asked for the container and took it home.i am not eating it anyways. IAf they want it , I can bring it back.I just hated my today's visit. The lady serving was really polite I ended up tipping her 5 dollars just for her service. I am really disappointed today. Worst experience.

**UPDATE** The owner of the business contacted me immediately after seeing my review and rectified the situation. He apologized for what happened and made sure my meal was ready to be picked up. This is what I call good customer service and because of this, I am willing to give this restaurant another chance.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mumbai Frankie. From the start, the customer service was unacceptable. They falsely advertised a promotion on UberEats, and when I placed an order based on that promotion, they backtracked and had the audacity to say that I didn't understand the promotion. It was a buy 1, get 1 free and when I advised that I purchased 2, so I should be getting 2 free, they said I was getting 3. I asked to cancel the order, which was placed within minutes and they asked me to cancel the order on my end because they could not do it on their end. When I did this, I was charged and the so called manager lied and outright denied ever saying it. Now I am being charged for an order I am not even receiving.

To make matters worse, the person claiming to be the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. They even claimed to be recording our conversation, but refused to provide any assistance or clarification. When I asked for contact information for the owner, they refused to give it, telling us they didn't know when the owner was going to be in or be available.

This kind of dishonest and unhelpful service is a huge red flag. Businesses that operate this way do not value their customers. I highly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that treat their customers with respect and integrity. I will NEVER be ordering food from here again or recommending this place to anyone. We need businesses that value their customers and not look to scam them.

I came today and tried to place an order for dine in. The girl at the front desk could barely string together a sentence or respond clearly to what I was asking. I gave up and came in and ordered in person. It was the same girl, the customers were piling on and the Uber Eats driver had to wait for a good 20 mins. I ordered paneer tikka masala rice bowl. The rice was stale and cold, clearly from the previous night. I have been here numerous times and always enjoyed the food but what a disappointing experience

Literally the worst place to eat. These people dont even what wraps are. I ordered two wraps and they were not wrapped, just the tortilla with stuff in it everything was all over the place. The food was gritted. So disappointed

Awesome food and service. Malwani chicken , and laccha paratha is very good. They have nice hakka dishes as well, must try veg chowmein and chilli chicken.

We had a wonderful experience at this place, during our second visit. Earlier we tried their Vada Pav which was good.
This time, we specially went their to try their Mix Veg Kolhapuri, along with Chilli Garlic Naan and Butter Roti. We asked them to make the Veg Kolhapuri spicy, the way it is served at most places in India. We must say, they matched our expectations by serving food that was flavourful and packed with spices.
We would visit again to try other dishes
