Mango smoothie was good but fruit chunks were so less in it

I experienced the worst customer service today. I typically don't write reviews but I had to write about this. At 3:30 pm today, I went to the shop to place my order with the cashier. She was definitely not impressed that I was going to her and not using the self-serve kiosk. She made it known in her attitude that I was a bother. She didn't even give me my receipt until I asked for it as I didn't know what order number I was. I know it's a busy time of the year and everyone is tired, but please show some kind of courtesy to the customers.

The customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. My issue was not resolved, and the support team lacked responsiveness and courtesy. Toronto Premium Outlet location.
Worst mango smoothie I’ve had in real fruits. These guys probably put 1/3 amount of mango than regular real fruit stores.

They mixed the orders. Added sugar to no sugar and no sugar to the one with half sugar.

When we first entered it was too crowded, place was not very tidy. We forgot our order number coz we ordered on the kiosk and didn’t get a receipt. We ordered 2 specials, that mango diamond thing and asked for extra mango chunks. But we were really disappointed with what we got, it was like a plain mango juice and no mango chunks in it. Probably because it was too busy but that’s not the excuse for poor service/ quality
