I visited this establishment on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 5:30 PM, and was sorely disappointed by the unprofessional customer service. Despite being a regular customer, I was met with unprofessionalism of the highest order. Upon entering the store, I was the sole patron present, yet I was forced to endure a long wait time before the employee even acknowledged my presence. To make matters worse, there was no greeting or attempt to engage with me; instead, the employee stood behind the counter in silence, staring blankly. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is utterly unacceptable. If this is the standard of service, I will gladly take my business elsewhere, where my patronage is valued and respected.Employee description: Young female, short height, brown skin, was wearing glasses with a face mask and had a tommy hillfigure hat on. No name tag was visible on uniform.

Only our second time at this location, we ordered from the machine, as there were 2 small groups already who ordered ahead of us, so the workers could focus on making drinks. The groups before us had a total of 4 people and it looked like they got 3 drinks, but that took 15-20 minutes for their drinks and then another 3-5 minutes for our single mango slush. Taste was fine, just a bit slow and the floors could definitely use a cleaning.

The mango diamond slush wasn't as good as usual. The drink tasted horrible and got me and my friend stomach sick. The mango they added was probably rotten. They have to make sure that the fruits they add are not ROTTEN. This was not the experience I expected. Edit: My friend just puked on our way home.
Ordered my usual drink, mango diamond slush with no added sugar.It was very watery and didn't taste much like mango. Very disappointed. Usually it's so fresh and fruity. $10 for blended ice ??Not sure if the quality has gone down hill or just this location.

Used self-order but noticed it wouldn’t scan my bar code for reward point.Brought the receipt to staff who said “maybe you should not use self-order when you want to accumulate your rewards points”.Instead of telling me this, you may wanna fix your self order system and machine or jus my throw it away since it’s not working properly.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t take our orders, said we have to use the touch screens because they were too busy and it would take too long. I noticed 6 cups on the go and told her we will wait until they are done, thats not an issue. Keep in mind the screens were dirty and everyone knows those systems have p*** on them. While waiting, another woman walks in and orders with the same woman at the counter. At that point Id be lying if i said i wasnt upset. My wife decided to d.load the app and order online. I still can’t believe someone said “were too busy to take your order”.

Real Fruits Bubble Tea is a very nice place to enjoy your drinks and smoothies. The whole menu is full of fruity and cold juices, smoothie, slushes etc. The fruits are of good quality and drinks also are if very good taste. There's some seating available inside the shop but you may need to wait for your drink and seat as there's many people in queue.
