The server didn’t check the mobile order 15 minutes after it was placed. When it was brought to their attention, they were rude to respond.

Very good and also some healthy options with coffees, hot chocolates and food choices. Very nice stuff and friendly service. Also proudly Canadian.....

Consistently prioritizes in store customers over mobile orders. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order, and customers continued to come in after me who were served first. Zero urgency from the staff to prepare my drink, nor did anyone say a single word to me in the 10 minutes I stood beside the mobile order pickup table.

Hate to leave a negative review, but the coffee was that bad. May be a result of the lack of options at the outlets.
I visited the Second CuP Toronto Premium Outlet location
I ordered a HOT cappuccino and, unlike many other coffee shops I’ve tried, it arrived genuinely hot and full-flavoured — really enjoyable.
The space is convenient for a mall-break and sits inside a large complex which means lots of foot traffic, but also the possibility of busier periods. Customer service at this visit was smooth – the cashier and barista handled things well — friendly and efficient.

Not recommended!
Had vanilla bean latte. Tasted like steamed milk with trace amounts of coffee and vanilla.
The taste of coffee is not even close to what second cup at bay downtown serves.
They really need to swap out their barista.
Spot is nice.

My friends and I ordered a mocaccino, a latte, and a mocha at Second Cup in Toronto Premium Outlet.
The mocaccino was too sweet, while the others were just okay. The staff didn’t seem welcoming and looked upset, which affected the overall experience.
If you read other reviews, you’ll notice many people mentioned the exact same issues with this branch, which really shows mismanagement.
Honestly, not much enthusiasm to try it again next time.

The staff here are very unfriendly and barely speak – if you read their lips you might understand what they’re saying, since they don’t even make a sound. And this was only around noon, not even the end of the day. The girl heating up the food wasn’t wearing gloves, and the same girl was also touching the ice for cold drinks with her bare hands. I asked for my drink to be put in my own thermos, but she didn’t close the lid properly and the whole drink spilled. And the most unbelievable part: I ordered my latte cold, but she made it hot. When I pointed it out, she told me I could go into the kitchen myself and pour the hot latte down the sink! On top of that, the tables were extremely dirty. If any manager or responsible staff is reading this, please check the cameras between 12:10 and 12:20 pm on September 21 to verify what happened.

I had a great experience at this location today all thanks to Ash, who made me a delicious iced latte! Her service and attention to detail should be recognized amongst her peers!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Second Cup location. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte, but the staff told me they didn’t have whipped cream. I asked if they could add foam instead, and she told me it would cost an extra $1.25. I found that ridiculous, because if you don’t have the whipped cream that usually comes with the drink, there should be a replacement without an extra charge.
Instead, I ordered an iced caramel latte, which tasted terrible, and I also tried a cappuccino that tasted like plain whole milk with barely any coffee flavor. On top of that, the staff were completely rude and unprofessional the entire time.
Definitely not the kind of service or quality I would expect from Second Cup. I won’t be coming back.
