Place is nice, quality drinks and food. But the accessible door button doesn't work from the outside. When I ask the worker, his response it's okay it works from inside. Not really helpful for my two kids stroller. Not a very inclusive approach!

Worst service ever

"I had such a wonderful experience at second cup ! I went there feeling hungry after doing a long shift and decided to use my gift card to buy a cake. Unfortunately, my gift card balance was a bit low. "Eleonora" who is working in Second cup noticed my situation and kindly offered the cake, worth $6, to me for just $3. Their kindness and generosity really touched me. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my day better! Highly recommend this place for both their delicious cakes and amazing staff!

I think it’s a talent that someone hired this older asian lady she’s literally so rude for no reason 😂 I asked her how are you she just looked at me like I’m crazy lol then when I asked her if I could scan my card she just pointed at the screen like can she not speak??

The older asian lady with rectangle glasses is extremely rude and unfriendly everytime I see her working. Today, I placed a mobile order and noticed that the snack bar I ordered was not included with my drink. I asked the other girl that was in for it and she said I could grab it (so I went to the snack area), I could not find where it was and so I asked the older asian lady about it... and she got annoyed (though she always looks annoyed all the time, which is why I was reluctant even asking her to begin with). After she eventually looked at my receipt and said "yeah. we don't have it." And then she walked away........ then the other girl ran over and kindly told me sorry that it's sold out and that I can grab a different snack instead as a substitute. Honestly, I felt embarrassed after the entire thing and upset at how someone can be so rude when not even given a reason to be...

Very crowded, seemed understaffed with some new folks working who couldn't keep up with demand on a busy weekend

The store was practically dead when I arrived and I had placed a mobile order. Stood by the mobile stand waited for the to ask me if I needed anything. 5 minutes pass by and I’m still waiting to be serviced. at this point they are talking about random stuff. After 10 minutes I went up and asked about my mobile order only to find out it’s sold out. Wasted my time.

Awful. I ordered hot chocolate, it was lukewarm and it tasted weird. When I asked the barista to remake it, she said nothing just took my cup and reheated the same drink.
