Poor customer service. The sandwich was prepared in hurry and they didn't grill the sandwich even when I chose toasted and grilled in the app. They have a self service pop refill counter yet they don't allow for unlimited refills which is common in other subways across N. America.

The sandwich were not properly made as well as Sauces were not spread properly, moreover the workers wwre saying the drinks are not allowed to refill, which is insane
The worker could not understand what I was trying to order, and she was extremely impatient. She had one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced from a Subway staff member, as if it was my fault for not understanding her mumbling through a strong accent. My dad is a new immigrant and does not speak fluent English, and she didn’t even give him a second to finish his sentence. She rushed him when he was clearly struggling to understand her. My dad already feels isolated in this country because of the language barrier, and her attitude made him feel even more frustrated. I really hope the staff can be more patient and professional so that nothing stops us from coming to your store and enjoying the sandwiches.
