They charged almost 20-30% higher than other local subways may be because it’s in the mall but what is more annoying is that the quality extremely subpar from other subways. Breads poorly cooked. In addition to they never gave me a receipt until asked for it even when they are almost free.

While I was waiting in the area for placing orders, there was one employee working behind the counter and she was cashing out a customer. Several people walked up to the counter to purchase drinks after I was standing waiting to place my order and she cashed out those customers before taking my order. There was an employee working in the back that came out and they spoke in another language and then the employee went back to the back again. After nearly 8 min of waiting she finally came to take my order. I ordered a salad. The photo attached is my $13 salad that I received half empty. Being an employee in the mall of the restaurant I couldn’t invest more time of my 30 min meal break to argue or dispute this but it is unlikely I will order from here again.

I ordered 6 inch sandwich and she charged me $16.60. It should be only 10 dollars. I asked her for the price and she refund me $6.55. So basically I was overcharged for this amount. Just be aware for the price you’re paying.

Dirty filthy garbage everywhere. Food is not fresh lettuce rotten mold on the tomato. Hygene is zero and shocking that even after covid they haven’t learned to be clean. The girl prepping the sandwichs was using the same knife to cut and fold everyones sandwich in front of me. Sauces everywhere. When I told her to please wash my knife she just ran it under water and didnt even dry the knife!! If h wanna get sick def come here!! Shame shame shame for subway’s brand!!

Stay away, terrible service. One girl working today was very disinterested to service and put together a very bad sub. All the veggie toppings and sauce was removed from the display and another girl started cleaning the area during service time around 7:40pm today. For the toppings and sauce I had to request each stuff without seeing what's present, hidden from view and kept at the back counter. I had my kid with and love to pick his toppings on his own, but was disappointed as the counter was empty.Tge onions were sliced so big that we ended up removing them before each bite..Not a typical subway experience, as it should be... Looks like the good reviews are paid/acquired through acquaintances...

It was my first time visiting here few days ago as I am vegetarian I was confused what to choose so one of the girl there her name was Anmol, she suggested me some vegetarian options and I was amazed by her service she was very polite and kind and helped me to choose my sub. Really recommend everyone to visit here once.
