Really enjoyed the food. Order vegan fried rice and pad see. Both were delicious. Nice guy at the counter named Michael

I rarely leave reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst food experiences I’ve had.
The food arrived undercooked and completely inedible. Not just “not great”, actually unsafe to eat. When I contacted the restaurant to let them know, instead of apologizing or offering any solution, they were incredibly rude and told me to “blame the delivery driver, not us.”
Excuse me? The delivery driver does not cook the food. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable. Being dismissive and blaming someone else rather than taking responsibility shows how little they care about customers.I wasted my money and my time. I will never order from here again and strongly recommend others avoid this place.

This shop offers halal meat, and the taste is acceptable, though quite strong.

The food isn’t the same as other Thai express locations for some reason. Asked them to remake my pad see ew and it was a bit closer, but still not right. I don’t get it. Also, when he remade it he put like no broccoli in it. Very weird.

Comically bad; inedible.
The Thai Express brand is never amazing of course but it’s typically reliably decent and consistent.

This location uses the wrong boxes and doesn’t put the normal amount of vegetables or meat. Noodles so soggy they’re disintegrating. Skimping on sauce. Meat weird texture and taste. I threw mine in the garbage; it was inedible.

They don’t have the limes, they don’t have napkins; it’s definitely owned by a franchisee who doesn’t take pride in their work or business, and is an utter cheapskate.

I have been ordering the same dish for 15 years, all across Canada.

Never have I experienced this.

It’s not the employees fault. It’s a management and franchise owner issue.

Disappointed the tofu at this location isn't like the others. I usually order from the Brampton location, which has almost a deep fried /breaded tofu - very delicious. This location is feel may pan fry their tofu which leaves it tasteless and an unpleasant texture. Why is there no consistency across locations?
