Register worker can not understand English and got my order wrong and refused to give my correct order after. Portions are small and the staff are unfriendly.

I ordered the shak bowl with peanut sauce and tofu. Food was very good, however the service was very slow and there was only one other person ahead of me. They may have been short staffed as there was one working the register and one preparing the food, on a Saturday around noon. Staff were polite. Not happy but not rude.

I was appalled when I received my food, not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for a single serving of fried rice, the rice was severely undercooked. Customer service was awful as well, chefs don’t use clean cooking supplies and Apperently don’t know how to wash their hands, I would only recommend this place if you like getting food poisoning

Very small amount of food, I even paid tips on it. $17+ for the food just about to cover the bottom of the bowl. Very disappointing experience

Call Food Safety!
Absolutely appalled and horrified at the cleanliness of this place. The manager behind the two hard-working chefs should not have been there. He was picking his nose, wiping his names on his shirt, pouring the rice and blowing his nose (holding one nostril and blowing out into the air)!!! Then back to serving rice and food to the people.
I was so disgusted that I asked for a new container because he blew his nose and isn’t sanitary. But sitting down, I realized even the rice he poured could be tainted. I threw out my food and wasted my money.
Better safe, than sorry.

Absolutely appalled by the abusive behaviour of the manager/supervisor. One of the employees apparently forgot to add chicken to the ingredient prep bowl for our pad see ew. No big deal, he just added it once the chef (with the hat) pointed it out. But the chef went into the back, called out the manager (v-neck shirt), who then proceeded to yell and berate this employee in front of all the customers. "Why do you make so many mistakes", "who trained you", etc. A few minutes later, he apparently passed the wrong bowl to the chef -- instead of passing the spicy pad see ew, he passed the mild one. The chef went back to the manager again, who then came out yelling again and started PUNCHING him! He said things along the lines of "what is wrong with you", "just tell me if you don't want to work here anymore". He punched him for a bit, walked away, and then went back to him to punch him some more??? I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable witnessing this. The "mistakes" were also harmless and didn't affect our order in the end. So I'm not sure why the manager was on such a power trip. This happened at the front of the store in front of all the customers on a Friday afternoon, so I can't imagine what abuse goes on behind closed doors. I feel so sorry for the workers there.

The food was good as always but the guy at the counter just doesn't sound nice at all. Serious lack of customer service. Also, when someone orders food which requires a spoon/fork, we shouldn't have to ask for it. It should be included by default. Pretty annoying to have to do that.

It was the blandest green curry chicken that I have ever had. Not sure who they are targeting but it’s not people who are looking for any kind of authenticity in Thai food.

Ordered yellow curry. Hardly any curry and chicken pieces had more batter coating than chicken.

We wanted to try Thai food for the First time so we ordered Pad Thai without eggs as we are vegetarian. We ordered medium spicy with noodles. The taste was a little bit on the sweeter side. Overall the Taste was good but next time we will order more spicy so that the noodles won't taste like desert.

Food is not the same as the other Thai Ecpress. The employer/employees need to crack a smile they look so miserable. I ordered noodles with vegetables, got 2 tiny cut pieces. Too salty, and it was sweet too. Weird Combination.
