Bought Thai express shrimp basil fried rice tasted like Indian biriyani , shrimp wasn’t cooked , they used chilly flake which burned my stomach , tottaly different rice used here compared to all other stores , definitely not Thai taste

Delicious food, friendly staff, and fast service! The chefs at Thai Express really know what they’re doing—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Very friendly staff.Highly recommend!

With limited food choices at outlet centre, we were glad that there is a TE. We ordered four dishes all vegan - Pad Thai, Cashew and Sriracha Stir Frys and a Basil Fried Rice all with tofu as our protein.

Our choice is to make everything with less oil which was done perfectly. The spice level as medium was also good. Some of the dishes had usual quantity while the Pad Thai and Basil Fried Rice was lesser than usual.

The Tofu quantity surprisingly was perfect just the way we like it. Only our preference would be to use non fried tofu rather than fried.

The pad see ew was more bland than my sense of humour. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but do yourself a favour and avoid this Thai Express!

This has made in to my liat of WORST ever restaurant. We tried what they sell as a lobster pad thai. It had 3 tiny pieces of lobster, no peanut taste and a bunch of tofu. When questioned about the tofu, the server tried to convince me that all pad thai had tofu in it - maybe the Canadian version of it at best, definitely not in Thailand. The sauce was something I still cannot make sense of. I tried to brave and eat a bit but the it tasted so disgusting, very artificial and so sodium heavy it gave me a headache after 3 bites. Save your money and your health and eat angwhete else but at this place.

This was nothing like an other Thai experss.The flavors were bland and completely off—lacking the balance and depth.To make things worse, the dish was made with leftover rice, which was dry and clumpy, not freshly cooked. Even a simple egg was messed up—overcooked and rubbery. It honestly felt like the cook had no idea what they were doing. A total disappointment. I won’t be returning.

Register worker can not understand English and got my order wrong and refused to give my correct order after. Portions are small and the staff are unfriendly.

I ordered the shak bowl with peanut sauce and tofu. Food was very good, however the service was very slow and there was only one other person ahead of me. They may have been short staffed as there was one working the register and one preparing the food, on a Saturday around noon. Staff were polite. Not happy but not rude.

I was appalled when I received my food, not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for a single serving of fried rice, the rice was severely undercooked. Customer service was awful as well, chefs don’t use clean cooking supplies and Apperently don’t know how to wash their hands, I would only recommend this place if you like getting food poisoning

Very small amount of food, I even paid tips on it. $17+ for the food just about to cover the bottom of the bowl. Very disappointing experience
