Very rude 2 girls work here. Got 2 falafel wraps and they put all toppings and falafel on one side. Doesn’t care to respond and the way of asking is also very bad. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The guy that was working there was very nice but this lady was very passive aggressive. I came back and asked for some extra spice and she drenched my food with hot sauce. I told her ok stop and she still kept going for a little longer until the food was super spicy. I’m asian so I’m use to spice but I dislike her attitude. They also didnt have wraps and falafel available so i settled eith the rox box and it’s 80% rice.

Customer service is great and the food is excellent
My experience with this place was terrible today. The food was cold and was not fresh at all. The customer service was terrible in terms of food and overall. The lady was very rude. All I asked her was to add extra little bit of the sauce, and she literally made a sigh mad face while putting that stupid bit of the sauce. She made me feel so bad. Ughhhhh the worst experience I had. The employees had no sense of serving people nicely. Literally all they have to do is to be nice, that’s so basic. Unprofessional!
