The service is absolutely terrible! Rude staff that ignores you with their own conversations in their own language. They give you dirty looks and stare you down treating you like you are a huge inconvenience while playing with their hair around the food. They make fun of the customers in their own language and do not care what so ever! Who ever owns this location needs to start from scratch with the staffing. The meat is always kept in a grease filled pan and is oily and soggy, the rice tastes like soap, the lettuce is brown and the sauce they put on the meat is watered down and bland. I will never be back to this location and I advise others to do so as well.

Unfortunately, my dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, with the chicken being particularly bland. Additionally, the rice was served cold, further detracting from the meal. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively to improve the quality of their dishes. Terrible. Terrible.Terrible. As a vegetarian I asked her "if you can please change your glove" she replied "you don't need to tell me, I was going to do irrespective" which is smtg no one would appreciate as a response to a request for glove

I would give this Vila madina location 0 if I could. The food did not taste fresh at all and was bland. The staff woman working there was very slow and did not even offer to go back and get more tahini sauce when the sauce bottle was empty.
