Okay, listen. We ordered a medium meat lover's pizza tonight and this is what we got. It has shrunk down to a small. Apparently. Cause when we called to express our astonishment at receiving such a small pizza we were told that the dough shrunk and it was definitely a medium at one point. But here's the thing: if a customer frequents your establishment, has gotten several medium pizzas before, and questions the size... doubling down is not the play. There is a better way to have handled this type of complaint. We are in Hampton. It's not like we couldn't have come back to show the pizza or maybe even get another small to cover what felt lacking. We were so excited to eat this pizza and watch the Blue Jays and have been avid supporters of the new owners but this was a very disappointing experience.

From a previous pizza shop owner, this guy was awful with customer service. The pizza was very under satisfactory. Was told to check this place out but the pizza is very bland and what really got me was the poor customer service. Ate here once and won’t be back.

Ordered the Mama and the Napolitano last night. Both were amazing. First time trying Stefanos and will definitely be going back.

This was a terrible experience, my friends and I are 18 we just wanted a meat lover pizza. I do not recommend, we called 5 time. I don’t understand and I wish I got his name, he was being very disrespectful. This establishment was also crawling with roaches and reptiles. I saw a mouse in the display case. Seriously. No one should ever shop here.
