Yesterday night I order from Corrine in hanmer
Cost $120 so I expected food to be ok
The pasta was over cook the hamburger patties was burn the fries also and chicken stop was dry and hard
I call and the manager said because I order from Uber
He should give me something back but the delivery was perfect
So why uber as to pay when it cortina food was not ok
I buy often there so I was expecting better service butI was wrong

Worst place ever my food look like it was helf eating how disgusting. LG poutine Hardly anything in the container no gravy $14.11. What a shame and when calling them to fix order was told to not order from there anymore if we dent like there food. I'm thinking about calling the health inspector on them this place has gotten in the past few years. Never again

I haven't had a meatball sandwich from there in quite a while stopped in today I don't believe I'll be stopping in again they gave me a meatball sandwich that was sitting in the glass heater on the counter I think it's been there for a while and it wasn't very good I hate to say anything negative about any private business but it sure wasn't the cortina I had a meatball out a few years back sorry but it's just not
Horrible service! I have gotten takeout twice from there. The first time I waited over 1 hour at the counter because they forgot to process my order. The second time I waited 2 hours for delivery because they didn’t process my order. Both times had a very rude girl answer the phone and also both times had 0 discounts of any type. Will definitely not be going back there.

New owners. Renovated the whole place. Not the dim place it used to be. The service is good, people are nice and food is good. Their take out setup is pretty good too.

They screwed up my order, had to redo it so my entire table was eating when I was waiting, and then no discount offered. If your kitchen messes up an order then at least offer the customer a discount.
