Worst food and worst service in all of greater Sudbury

Worse service I e had in long time meal cost me $90 for burger and fries with a starter To start meal showed up at the door opened bag all that was there was the food no napkins or utensils nothing , second food was cold , bun of the burger was soggy couldn’t even eat it! the poutine was mostly fries and cheese this place will never get any more business from me or my family

Placed an order for wings, was told it would be 45-50 mins, 2 hours and several phone calls later finally got my cold wings and not an apology an offer nothing basically told us too bad. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and hung up

The servers are very nice and catered for us all including the kids.
The only downer is that they don’t have kids menu

What an awful experience. Made reservations for 36 people. Got to the restaurant at 530pm. Food didn’t start to arrive to the table until starting at 7:10pm (others still didn’t have food when I asked for my bill at but extremely cold. We all had to start sending back our food. The owner of this restaurant needs to humble himself and realize that his restaurant isn’t able to produce good service and warm food and would probably be better finding a restaurant manager with care and compassion for peoples hard earned money being wasted on this extremely poor food and atmosphere.

If I could rate a 0 star I would have.

Poor waitresses that have to work for this place.

We just went on a Sunday and have been here multiple times but this time we didn’t have a pleasant experience we ended up waiting hour and 15 minutes for 2 pasta meals and pierogies with a side of vegetables and a burger patty ,and in that time when we were waiting for our meals our waitress didn’t once come see how we were doing and was going around the bar to not confront us and was more occupied with people ordering drinks then people waiting for food I finally went and ask why it’s taking so long and then 5 minutes later we got our food , The cheese cappelletti was overcooked and pasta was hard , and the vegetables that came with the pierogies were undercooked and cold , at the end the waitress took off the burger patty which at that point we should have gotten a better discount on the food, was disappointed in the service and the food will definitely go to another restaurant next time.
