Normally I go and order and wait. Last two delivery orders however ,opposite to going into store. Two weeks ago my pie was wasn’t what I ordered I called to find store closed couldn’t leave a message, i let it slide. Last night delivery came and driver couldn’t provide change and told I was paying cash at order. He only has 50 &100 ‘s he said. I couldn’t use card as black stripe error twice that day . So I even tipped five bucks , driver stated he would bring back a five , never did show up and I got a large pepperoni for 40 bucks so be it. I learnt a lesson.

Service was great, friendly staff, clean and quick prep. This is our second time ordering from this location. Both times the pizza seemed off. First time was the dough, second time was the cheese. Requested extra sauce on the pizza and it did not seem to have more.

It’s the same old pizza pizza you all know well… I find it absolutely disgusting that they ask for tips while paying. I should not have to compensate you’re underpaid employees for simply making a pizza.

Got a NY pepperoni slice ? and a poutine ? both were very fresh and hot when I got them. I drove about five minutes away to park and eat and the food was still almost too hot to eat. The pizza was crispy but still chewy and had all the flavours you'd expect from pizza pizza. The poutine was my first from them and I'd definitely order it again. The staff were friendly and efficient, I got my order in about 5 minutes. Great quick stop for food!

I've never written a review on google before but this made me have to. It took pizza pizza an hour to deliver my food to my house. Worst part is i live 5 minutes away from the store. When i received my food it was over cooked but cold and not prepared well. I've never had an issue with Pizza Pizza but this one was

I like this franchise because of its 50 min or free guarantee. The food is consistent and usually hot. I ordered pizza and the delivery guy showed up totally unprepared, he was wearing Summer running shoes in January, right after several bad snowfalls, had no change despite the fact I had selected cash at door option. I've been recovering from a bout of gout, and have barely been able to walk around and despite the snow we've received, have not been able to make it out to shovel due to my health. Amazon, Canada post, the Chinese food delivery people, and any other delivery people have not had an issue getting to my door but the pizza delivery guy, he calls me on his cell phone that he's here and is standing way out at the road expecting me to come get the pizza so I do. He watches me struggle to get to the road obviously in pain and doesn't have any change for me is so now I have to go back in the house and I have to go get change and come back out. Had he ever been prepared(had actual change for cash payments), I would have given him the full amount in my hand (50 on a 42 dollar order). But instead, he stood there and watched me struggle the length of my driveway twice, not ever offering help. That was my first and last delivery from this location.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered for 11:30, did not show up until 12:30. The delivery driver was rude and despite customer service saying the pizza was free the driver insisted I had to pay despite the pizza being cold.Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any pizza place ever.
I have ordered at least twice a month for 5 months. I received a call 2 mins before my last order arrived. The call was from pizza pizza informing me that my bill would be $2 and change more because I was out of their delivery zone. My house is 8.1 km from the Pizza Pizza and I tip well. Your need for that 2 dollars prior to delivery has made me a non customer.
