This was our first time visiting. We tried the dorito pogo, a burger and some fries and we are beyond impressed. Absolutely incredible fresh food. The dorito pogo is the best pogo we've ever had! The burger was made with fresh ground meat and the bun was buttery and soft. I also recommend trying the homemade aioli dip. We will definitely be back.

Was not busy but still waited 20 minutes just to place my order. One of the workers apologized four times and said they would be right with me. You’d think the fourth apology you would just let me place my order. Went somewhere else to eat. No matter how good your food is, was not worth that terrible service.
Please also look into getting a debit machine. There are smaller businesses that have them.

We made a pit stop before landing ourselves at fairbank campground! The best meal we have ever tasted! We ordered a medium frie, shack dog, and a cheese burger with the works! This guy knows how to make a mean burger and hot dog! The medium fries were overflowing and tasty! Definitely got our money's worth! Best burger/chip shack ever!

Had a family dinner out at Shak a patates. Both poutine orders (a sm and a med) were overflowing. Fries were excellent. The burger was seasoned and delicious, served on a brioche bum. Pogo was top notch. Well worth the drive out.
